Tried calling and had to hold for 17 minutes, noone answered. Pizza was underwhelming and not hot but luke warm. The prices have gone up but the quality and Customer Service has gone down.

Very disappointed, my family ordered pizza's from Pizza Hut on are side of town, we're only about 4blocks away. The delivery was great the pizza's were not. The dough was stale tasting and very hard.

THIS STORE IS A JOKE!!!! We ordered dinner from here last Friday… only half of what I paid for was delivered. Tried to call the store right away to let them know and after sitting on hold for 45 minutes, hung up and called the “call center” who said they couldn’t help me, but transferred me to Pizza Hut corporate who promised a call back in 24-48 hours and nothing. Have tried calling local store multiple times since and zero answer, just sit on hold. They literally stole my money as I paid for multiple items I didn’t receive. This is such terrible service and a way to treat people, and “understaffed” is zero excuse. I’ve waited for 4 days for a simple refund or even acknowledgement and NOTHING!! I will never order from Pizza Hut again. This is BS!!

Ordered at 7:30pm, still absolutely no update as of 9:39pm on my food, and they close at 10pm.Thanks for stealing my money I guess..?Never giving Pizza Hut another dime of my money in the future.

We live in Idaho. We ordered dinner for our family who live in Missoula, for a fun dinner surprise. The restaurant took our order and we paid via credit card for a 5:30 delivery near the pizza parlor. At 6:10 the delivery hadn’t arrived. We all called and we’re out on hold - I was on hold twice for over 20 minutes. The message said, “please be patient…” At 7:00 still no delivery, and still no one to answer the phone. I ordered from Northgate Reserve Pizza Hut, Missoula, MT.J. Blaser - not happy, I was taken advantage of. $29 and no pizza, pop, or service.

It's May of 2022 and the dining room is still closed. They've had more than 2 years to figure out how to run business this way, yet there's still no signage informing customers that the restaurant isn't full service, and they have you ordering from a window that clearly isn't made for adults to converse through given that it's about 3 and a half feet tall. In addition, the staff didn't call like promised when my takeout order was finished and just left it sitting there until I asked for it.

I checked in on the app, waited 10 minutes and nothing. Then I called the store and was put into an automated menu that told me to press 1 to pick up my curbside order. I pressed 1 and waited 5 minutes. Nobody answered the phone. Upon going into the restaurant I was told that they don’t offer curbside? Well, I ordered it that way on the app! Then I told the employee that I was on hold on the phone for 5 minutes and nobody answered. His response was “we don’t answer the phone”? I retrieved my order and had to go back in again because he did not give me all the sauces I paid for. Come to find out I was talking to the manager of the location and he very much did NOT care about any of it. I know that customer service is a lost art, but this was inexcusable!

We are regulars who order from this location on Reserve quite often. I can say with honesty that they go out of their way to make things right if they are wrong. This store is very short handed at no fault of their own and it is sometimes difficult to get driver's out but the staff there do their very best to accommodate. I'm extremely pleased with the courtesy, professionalism and quality of food we get. Thank you!

I have an issue with this Pizza Hut: Today after being discharged from the hospital, all i wanted was a Pizza from Pizza Hut delivered to my home. I had ordered my pizza at 5:40pm and it was scheduled for delivery at 6:30. When it was delivered early i was prepared to tip the driver. Except he never stayed, he literally DROPPED my Pizza at my door and walked away. I opened the box and the Pizza was so messed up, it was half out of the box and the slices were like folded over. I called Pizza Hut 6 times and waiting for over 45 minutes total waiting for someone to pick up the phone. After 30 minutes I finally decided to just drive down there myself. Halfway there a very kind and apologetic women answered the phone, she was able to get our Pizza remade for carryout instead and we went to pick up our pizza. When we got there we traded pizzas as she had ours ready as soon as we walked in. I didn't catch her name but she had some purple in the undersid eof her hair! She deserves a raise as it is obvious she is the ONLY one doing her job (and everyone elses). The new Pizza she made is is absolutely beautiful and tastes delicious. The delivery driver however, needs to be fired because I have issues with him every single time I order for delivery, and I order Pizza quite often.
