They were very busy today all I know is something happend and Jordan was still able to provide me great customer service and good food she is a hard worker and very kind!!
My rating is based on my communications with both Papa Johns & Door Dash. Ive been trying to resolve an issue from an order placed on 5-14-22. Papa Johns said to contact Door dash & now after getting the run-a-round they are telling me they can't compensate me because its been over a week since the issue happened. I've spent over 2 hours between chat & emails trying to resolve this. That's icky today, it doesn't include the time before today. The sad thing is, they could have had this handled in less than 15min if they had remembered that I'm a customer & I should be important to them.
I want to know where the idea came from that putting breakfast sausage on a pizza is normal practice. It's disgusting and ruins the flavor profile that I'm looking for. It should always be spicy Italian sausage
Pizza was pretty good but just lukewarm and didn’t take long for delivery either. Convenient hours of operation.
I ordered a pizza with Alfredo sauce but I got red sauce instead. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this store too. The food is good when I get what I ordered, but it's a crapshoot every time. You're better off ordering Dominos
Customer service skills need work. Walking in and having employees pretend not to see you isn't a great feeling. I will say, though, that once you are assisted, it's a smooth process.
Ordered extra chili's, pineapple & tomatoes, which we received none of. Tried calling the local store and was transferred to a call center & the lady I spoke to was completely dismissive. I chose 1 star for delivering the wildly mediocre pizza.
This place is a disaster. Out of 6 orders 4 of them have had quality issues or straight up mistakes. The business has an actual sign on the door asking people not to be mean to employees because they know how terrible the staff is. Today when calling about yet another mistake made, this time by the manager she got irate on the phone and told me to apply if I can do a better job, then hung up on me when I asked for her name to report this interaction. STAY AWAY at all costs, gas station pizza has better quality control.
Ordered a large pizza and a papadia, got a medium pizza and no papadia plus it took over 2 hours to receive the wrong order. Called the franchise to explain what happened and got hung up on. Talked with the driver and they used doordash to deliver so no recourse there. Worst Pizza experience ever!!!!
This store canceled my order with no explanation. Would not answer phone to tell me what was wrong. Were you out of something? Should I order something else? Do you not have any drivers tonight?
