The steak and white cheddar sandwich with NO pickled red onions and NO horseradish sauce that I ordered was delivered with both the onions and sauce. I requested they not be added because I’m not able to eat them due to a medical condition. And the food was delivered to a neighbor’s house. Fortunately, I tracked the delivery and found the mistake before the neighbor found our food. Maybe 3 stars are too many . . .
I ordered Mac n cheese kids size, Mexican rice soup, and 2 whole CHICKEN Caesar salads, I was informed there wouldn’t be any croutons which was fine. I arrive home and have 2 BARE Caesar salads. Literally not a piece of chicken on it… but I got billed for 2 whole chicken Caesar salads. How do you mess up a salad that literally starts with the protein?

Always fast friendly service no matter the time of day! The food is fresh and delicious and the unlimited sip club is great. The one and only down fall is that the drive thru is never open due to under staffing.
Customer service was amazing and that is rare in these times and they were short staffed but you would have never known not for the sign on the door.I had the onion soup and a steak sandwich on a cold windy day...it hit the spot, flavors were perfect!Truly a wonderful eating experience! This was a new store location please keep providing great customer service and we will be back again and again.

A little pricey, but worth it. Large portions and great food. Friendly and speedy service. We had Thai soup and salad with bread stick. Chocolate chip cookie was yummy too. I like the atmosphere. Could have been a little cleaner, but everywhere is short handed these days.
Normally don’t leave reviews- but we ordered two bread bowls through the app (which is a little pricier than a soup and baguette) to pick up and were given soup and baguettes. We shrugged it off and were tired enough to just eat and forget about it- but then my fiancé found a piece of plastic wrapper in his soup which wasn’t super great. First time ordering from here- hopefully next time will be better ??♀️
Usually this is amazing, but today my lunch was really sad. ☹ I ordered a Frontera chicken sandwich with no tomato and instead of the usual, I got bread, chicken, a little onion, and maybe a little bit of basil. I really love the sauce that is usual on it, but not today. It's pretty dry without it, even though the Foccacia is really good.
Truly just awful all-around. Without fail, the drive-thru will always take 5-15 minutes per car in line. They are guaranteed to be out of something you want, each time. And to top it all off, it costs the same to go to a sit-down restaurant as it does the brave the Panera lines.
