I have been to a lot of different noodles and company locations. I've used the app and done curbside pickup and genuinely like their food. This particular location didn't bring the order out when using curbside. After waiting for quite a while I had to go in and wait again even just for somebody to greet me for the food that I clearly been sitting on the counter for a while. It was a group order and 1/2 were wrong. When we called the location back to see if they would make it right we were treated incredibly rudely on the phone. Definitely a poorly run location.
We ordered the grilled orange chicken zucchini noodles bowl which was very yummy I highly recommend if you like orange chicken it's very filling ask for a lid because you'll be taking it home for the next day this place is very busy and the staff is very helpful and friendly if you need help like I did
They are good to eat in or take out. The portions and prices are unbeatable with the flavor. Consistent at every restaurant. Moderately customizable too. Variety of dishes means a whole group can go and find something for everyone.
I had lunch catered for my business seminar and the food was perfect. Great flavor and amazing portion size.
Great food. No one was wearing masks though ?. I don't understand why this hasn't just been standard forever.
Stopped for a quick lunch. Restaurant was clean and staff very friendly. Food was quick, tasty and fresh. Prices were reasonable. Would stop again!
Good food. Certain shifts need to learn what an adequate amount of noodles and sauce is though. Some days its perfect which I expect for the price. But then other days I barely get any sauce. Literally not enough sauce at all. Tonight I got maybe 2 tbsp of sauce. Not even kidding. Also sometimes my bowl isn't even half way full. I expect to get an adequate amount of meat as well for almost $4 just to add meat. Make your teenagers that work there have a little pride because I guarantee those are the ones half as*ing the food people pay good money for.
e told me it didn’t work on the bisque and only worked on things like “meatballs”. He then asked if I wanted to add any to my order and I said no.
I had a coupon for a free Appetizer and that prompted me to order food from here. I called to order curbside. It was an automated ordering system over the phone. I set my order and then said I had a coupon. The automated voice connected me to the restaurant. The girl on the phone asked what I’d like to order. So then I had to order again. I told her I had a free appetizer coupon. I ordered a side of tomato basil bisque. She then told me that she would remove the $2 charge because of my coupon. I told her I wanted curbside and she informed me that because I had a coupon I had to walk inside to get my food. I got inside and gave the man my coupon. He told me it didn’t work on the bisque and only worked on things like “meatballs”. He then asked if I wanted to add any to my order and I said no. I had $100 bill to pay and he couldn’t accept it because of the money in the drawer. I opened my bag of food and the bisque was wrapped in a small clear plastic bag. The lid on the bisque had come off and spilled inside the bag. I was pretty disappointed. It tasted like ketchup. Not great. I also ordered the Roasted Garlic Cream Tortelloni with Parmesan crusted chicken added. The sauce tasted odd and the chicken had a weird smell. It was not a very good bowl of pasta for $10. I won’t be going back. Throwing my coupon in the trash I guess.
After seeing the reviews I was excited to try this place, I got the Korean Noodles with marinated stead and it was just overcooked spaghetti with chunks of overcooked pieces of jerky, sorry "steak". I was expecting spices like gochujang, garlic, soy, and a bit of heat in there. I could find better Korean flavor in a can of Chef Boyardee than in this place and for the price it is disgusting.
