I ordered 3 things Sweet-and-sour chicken with no slaw, Chicken teriyaki with broccoli and macaroni and cheese, the Mac and cheese was mostly soup barely any noodles in it I called they say it's prepackaged and that's the way it comes so there's nothing they can do about it that yhey just toss it in the microwave when its ordered (what i pay $4.25 for you to throw prepacked Mac & Cheese in the microwave) my broccoli and teriyaki chicken with rice is barely right Brown rice but barely any teriyaki on it It was a to go order for 3 people and I only got 2 forks and one napkin, I usually don't give much tip but this time I gave a 20% tip this has taught me never to tip before getting food again especially here

The employees additude was horrible the manager almost push by husband into the table while he was carrying our 3 month old. I wouldn't come here again if it was the last place open to eat

How is this fair!? While I was waiting for my food last week at the mall, I over heard the manager told an employee to take off her makeup. And the employee took it off. But since then I’ve seen two other girls coming in with makeup on and haven’t gotten talk too. How is that fair the the first employee?? I believe the managers name is Dustin and I don’t remember the employees name. This makes me sick.

I noticed that they haven’t been putting much meat lately it’s mostly just rice, the serving never used to be like this. This place is going downhill, we’ll never buy from you guys again.

It’s official. Darn! I no longer have a Noodle Express in Missoula I’m willing to waste my money on. After Noodles on Broadway got my order wrong 4 out of the last 5 times, I switched back to the mall.Today I ordered 2 items. Chicken Osaka on noodles with No veggies & Chicken Osaka on white rice with extra slaw. The person grilling, Levi, got both orders wrong. The order was to go so I checked the bag. I handed the order with noodles back to the gal at the counter because it had veggies. She told me to keep it & asked Levi to make another without veggies. Levi sent her to to my table to get the container because “there’s no sense wasting it”, but offered no alternative to having to wait for another order to be made.I should have checked the other order because when I got home I found it did not have the extra slaw.

If you are hungry then go somewhere else. The rice bowl is just that. A bunch of rice with a little meat. I just paid $9 for a bowl of rice and 7 bites of chicken. Won’t do it again.

Guy with blue hair ran out & hollered at my husband that he needed to pay for his water. But we had. No apology whatsoever. My kids Mac & cheese was cold & my bowl was was room temperature. Not impressed.

All of it in the south gate mall location. The south gate location is the worst customer service it took an hour for my food that was ordered online. 12 people that came in after me were served their food. 1/2 of my order was done at 6:05 the rest came done at 6:30. No communication that it was going to take longer or do I want a substitute because they were "waiting on rice". Most of the orders that went out before mine were rice bowls.

Twice now I have eaten there and gotten physically sick! I could not stop vomiting today!!! First time, I didn't realize it was the food from here. Today, within 30 min after eating, I started vomiting and couldn't stop for hours.Will not ever go back. There's something very wrong with their food.
