We were here 24 years ago at a different location. It’s a much more polished operation now on a grander scale. The food and the service were good and worthy of our repeat.

The online ordering of a gift text/email was not working accurately. I sent an email regarding the issue. Kara from corporate called within an hour and we got it handled over the phone. Proactive and dynamic company. You made it a wonderful Mother's day. Thank you again. kg

Positive experience here but the food flavour was a little lacking for me. Portion was big, great service. Beer was warm. I’m willing to try this restaurant again, but not dying to go back.

Such amazing food! Started with some loose leaf Red Elephant hot tea. For the entrees, I had the General Mustard’s chicken, and my husband had the Singapore Beef. We finished with some Mocha Fudge Cake and Huckleberry Cake for dessert. Delicious. We’ll be going back for sure.

Food was incredible. So delicious. Our server was amazing. We had 11 in our party and she did so great. The new place is gorgeous! Love the atmosphere.

Missoula's beloved Mustard Seed is dead. School cafeteria's have more ambiance! We've been huge fans, from the days of their downtown location. The food was always excellent, the decor was lovely, the waitstaff were classy. It was where you took friends for a first rate experience. The "new" restaurant is awful. Concrete floors; economy seating (raw plywood edges!), harried and scarce waitstaff, zero decor, cold food.So sad to see that era come to an end.

The new place is noisier than the old, has bright lights, and terrible seating for a larger group (8). The staff wouldn't even separate the long, long table so we could have people at both ends. The table is so wide that it as difficult to talk to the people right across. Two of the group had excellent meals the rest the meals were fine.

The food and service is great, like always.BUT the new restaurant design/layout/lighting/bar is terrible. I’m sure the patios will be cool, but the inside dining experience feels like you’re eating in a cafeteria. Way too bright. Cramped. Little privacy. Feels cheap.Main level patio should be a bar.

Truly a shame..What was the seed thinking?! To take what the seed was and build a new building that feels like a mix between a high school cafeteria and a low end airport restaurant?? Not to mention when our order came out is was wrong, the food that was correct was a major down grade from the last time we went to the seed (old building). Won't be back. To bad it used to be our favorite place to eat...

The restaurant is a down grade from the last place. It feels like your eating in a cafeteria and the table placement sucks you're closer to stranger then the person you came with. The only thing that's still nice is the food is still good.
