Decent food but had my boyfriend taste the fries and he got a slight allergic reaction from them. He said it tasted like chicken and he's allergic to chicken. Even if they do fry chicken in the same vat as the fries he normally doesn't get a reaction like he did unless the oil wasn't hot enough. This could be a problem for other people who are allergic to chicken or other allergens.
Hate the kiosk. Walked in and there was a sign on kiosk that read out of order. Order at register. Turned to register and the sign said order at kiosk. Ordering at kiosk is confusing. There is no check out button until after you review???? Place was slammed and the staff was kicking butt.
Don't waist your time. Very slow people it took almost 30 minutes to get our lunch. We got half cooked fries over salted and our burgers were Luke warm. There were about eight employees there and only a few semi working. Very disappointing.
Absolutely the worse.. cold hard French fries and watered down minute made slushies took 25 min to get grossness. Manager should be ashamed to speak so poorly about a customer right in front of other customers..as a former restaurant manager a huge NO NO..
I am so over this place. Everytime I order food it seems to me that everyone who works there clearly hates their job and always has attitude. I always have to check my order to make sure it’s correct 9/10 times it’s not. I get that everywhere is short staffed right now and people are over worked but come on how hard is it to actually care about giving service to people.
the food was normal but the service? i had to wait HALF AN HOUR FOR 6 SANDWICHES I WENT IN AT 10:30 AND CAME OUT AT 11 I WATCHED THE SCREENS CHANGE TO THE LUNCH MENU BEFORE WE GOT OUR FOOD!
Absolutely horrible experience, nothing is stocked up, employees look like they all want to slit their wrists vertically, and food took wayyyy longer than expected to arrive. Thank god I'm only passing through here, ya'll need to go back to the drawing board with this location.
I used to work at this particular McDonalds and while two of the General Managers treated me well out of the others that were in this store when I was working. The particular experience was horrible. Some of the managers were not very personable but when I would do prep I got lashed out on for how long they claimed it took to how long it actually took me. I wouldn’t work here again even if someone paid me to.
Drive thru packed, not something that I write that's negative towards McDonald's. However, getting order out through the drive-thru was extremely slow. I only ordered a coffee, and while it was ready when I got to the window, it tasted like a hint of coffee flavored water. Almost as if a used filter with old coffee grounds and forgot to change and put new coffee grounds in.
We went through the drive through. They forgot the sauce for the chicken nuggets. After a couple miles down the road we realized this. Went back through. Asked for an extra bbq sauce and was rudely told I would have to pay for it. Not a way to run a fast food restaurant.
