Came to this McDonald’s @ 8:25, was waved into the drive through line by an employee. Sat in the drive through for five minutes, finally got to the box, was about to order two drinks and an ice cream, rudely interrupted by manager telling us we can’t order anymore since it’s now 8:30. They still served the other customer ahead of us, (he got 3 bags of food) TLDR; had to sit in line, and wasn’t able to even order anything. Worst customer service ever.
Rude employee, girl with blond hair. Is customer service not a thing anymore? Kindness goes a long way, especially when we are doing a part of your job considering your “front counter is closed”.
AURGH!!I ordered Two Filets and small Fries. I requested hot fresh fries (never get what i pay for)Get to 2nd window and asked to pull to a parking spot for my fillet. NOT fillets! McDonald's pushed a very Old, Rubbery, Cold, Stale fillet with a hot, cooked to order fillet.Did you IDIOT'S think your Customer wouldn't Notice?!
We came in to the McDonalds on East Broadway at 6:30pm and had to order from the kiosk. There were no employees to be seen. After we ordered we saw tons of orders go out the drive through while we waited. My husband came in and ordered 5 min after we did and they called his order before ours. When they did call our order we did not get drinks. When we asked for cups she grabbed 3 cups gave us 2 and carried the third around with her finger in it. Then she walked away. He had to go back and get his own cup. Something was wrong with the soda machine all the soda was warm and flat. My buger was so greasy it was dripping; so gross. The lady behind us asked to see the manager but he "is not back there and we're not sure where he went". There is no use in complaining to the people who work here. Since it took so long to get the gross food why bother. Never coming back.
Asked for two mchickens normal and got a regular one and one with ketchup and tartar?
The doors are open so you can dine in, however, there is very little to no human interaction as no one welcomes you and there was even a sign that instructs you to use the kiosk. The few staff that was working was just standing around talking to each other and I had to ask 3 times to be given my drink cup. On the plus side it was clean and food was decent.
It’s Micky D’s the one and only. The drive through workers are always nice. Food is ok.
My expectations for any McD's are basically nonexistent... and who leaves a review for a McDonald's ? this particular location has been terrible each of the few times I've stopped there and today's encounter was egregiously ridiculous, so here we are.I asked for no salt on my fries (because the last time I got fries at this location they were WILDLY salty- my 8 year old wouldn't eat them and that's saying a lot!) I apologized for any inconvenience and the person who rang me up was really nice!But ya'll... they actually had the audacity to hand me this "large" order of fries as though I wouldn't notice that 60% of it is missing. ?Burger King is right across the street AND they have mozzarella sticks guys! Just saying!
Can't get a simple order correct. everytime I go there and ask for Something like light Mayo on a Mcchicken they don't or they add extra. If they cant get a simple order Completed properly why are they working there.
It's ok food but not great. Used to be better but has gone downhill. Service lacks a lot of times as orders are not always correct
