Everything is always good. Didn't see our waitress except when food was served 5/5.Went again today 5/26 waitress was much better. Food again was delicious. Changed my rating back to 5 stars.
Super good pizza and food. Super friendly staff. Very relatable staff too.
The wings seemed like they were thrown in the microwave for 30 seconds, still frozen. The Ruben was cold and soggy. For the price we paid we are unimpressed.
I used to enjoy MacKenzie River but sadly I don’t think I’ll go back. We have had 3 bad experiences in a row. Tonight our server had been cut for the night at 7:30 on a Friday and we were her last table. We watched her do all of her side work and chat it up with friends, all while completely ignoring us and or ever offering a refill on a drink or asking if we needed anything. Also, she didn’t help anyone else, just went about doing her side work while the other servers ran around because they had a rush of tables at 7:30 on a Friday! (Sort of expected time to be busy)I’ll put some blame on the server, but I used to manage a restaurant and most of the blame goes to the management of this branch. Why would you be cutting staff so early? Why wouldn’t there be some oversight to ask a person to keep up on their tables and helping the team even after being cut for the night?This is not an isolated issue with this location, as I said before, this is our third straight poor experience. Food quality issues the first time and service issues the last two. And I’m not accepting “it’s hard to find help” since they made the management decision to cut staff, not that they are just under staffed because of hiring issues.Alas, we will find better quality pizza and service elsewhere.
Hands down the BEST Gluten Free pizza I have EVER had. I recently found out that I am allergic to a bunch of stuff so I've been searching for months for a pizza that actually tastes like a regular pizza and this is BY FAR the best one in town!! I will never go anywhere else for a gf pizza. THANKS GUYS! ? Keep up the great work!
I walked in and waited for 10 minutes to be seated, when we got seated our drink order wasn’t taken for another 15 minutes, then she came back 10 minutes later with our drinks and we told her we were ready to order. We ordered and she was kind of short with us. The service was absolutely terrible. I used to love this place but I probably won’t ever come back.
Service is wonderful. Also, this evening my sister (who is visiting me from NYC) said: “I think they put crack in this bread stick… after 1 bite I disappeared for a second”
Nice, fairly quiet place. Conveniently located and a nice weight staff. I've only had the pizza, so I can't tell you what the other items on the menu are like, but if it's anything like their pizza you can expect it to be really good.
I remember their wild pizza from a store downtown when I was a kid. That store is no longer there, but this one serves the same delicious mix of pizzas and other fare. They've got some good local beer on tap, and a variety of pizzas including more traditional style red sauces, plus fun green pesto and white sauce pizzas as well. Yum yum.
Cute atmosphere, good food, service a little slow but genuinely a nice place to eat with LOTS of options other than pizza! Good selection of beer. Will be coming back!
