Decent food, has gotten worse in the past 6 months or so. Rude service, manager is very rude. Waited for an hour and a half to pick up an order we put in for carryout. Finally after watching 10 or so different people come and pick theirs up and a waiting way to long for 3 items, we asked for our money back. Manager picks up our order, slams on the counter and says "there right here", you could tell they had been sitting for a bit, then makes a smart comment that "he had to make it from scratch".... highly doubt it.. refuses to give us our money back and doesn't even put it in a bag, missing our sides to one of our starters, no breadstick with pasta. Used to eat here alot. Customer service is awful.. never again will I pay a cent. Go somewhere that appreciates their customers
2nd year in a row to be disappointed and the last year- will not return. Take out order took forever because the salad line was apparently backed up- what?! To toss a handful of greens and grape nuts in a to-go box, come on. Take and bake pizza was a complete disappointment unless you enjoy either scraping the cheese and baked toppings off of crust stuck to the baking sheet, or eating cardboard with your crust. Not going back for a 3rd try - 2 strikes and I am out!
Though a formula restaurant with an abundantly long menu, the food we had at Mackenzies was very good. Great “Italian” pizza topped with lots of very fresh salad. Also a great choice of craft beers. Service very friendly and very quick indeed.
If Aaron is your server, I’d just walk out. We waited 15 minutes for him to even notice us, never checked up on us, never offered to refill our drinks, was not even busy enough for the poor service. Will be back, but will pray for a new sever. However food was awesome.. thanks cooks!
Met my sister for lunch on a Saturday afternoon.My sister ordered the Ruben Sandwich. Literally the thinnest thing on the menu.
It is a wonderful place to go for lunch or dinner with delicious food from appetizers to pizza and sandwiches. Staff are always super friendly and welcoming and provide fantastic service. Family friendly with a great kids menu but also amazing drinks for the adults.
Excellent staff - friendly, attentive, helpful. Delicious food. The California Chicken flatbread is a must. Just a weekend trip to Missoula, and I’m so glad we got to eat at MacKenzie’s. Chasing my child around the restaurant and everything I saw on people’s tables looked incredible - pizza, pasta, salad. Can’t imagine you’d be disappointed with anything you order.
I want there with my family and we were greeted by a nice watress.then the seating was great!!! it was soosoo so soft!the food was the best ! some reviews are bad but do not let it fool you! THE BEST RESTRANT EVER!!!!!we will go here again!
Came here for an early valentines dinner took about 10 minutes for someone to notice us waiting for a seat no problem sat down and then ordered our drinks and food. It was quick getting out to us which we should have realized there was the problem the appetizers came and were great then comes out the food… everything looked fine from the outside but at soon as you started eating the pizza you could tell it was a undercooked and the pasta seemed to be just frozen chicken heated up. About 30 minutes after eating I started to not feel the greatest but thought hey it could be something else we ate that day but then the next day we heated up the leftovers and the same thing happened as the night before upset stomach and feeling not so good. For the prices of everything we hoped it would have been better
The thin crust pizza had a great crunch to it. The sausage was to spicy for me but everything was wonderful.
