Do not go to Krispy Kreme at 6 am they do not make fresh doughnuts the doughnuts we recieved was like 2 day old..This is beyond disgustingNever again ill go elsewhere

I had a krispy kreme app but i left Facebook so i no longer can access my money or the app without it telling me to go through Facebook. Also every time there is a promo on the new email i added. I go to Missoula location and they know nothing about it! Also the drive through is the only way to get products at location. SO I gave up on this company. If you try to contact customer service by phone. they apologize, say they will fix it and don't. On lie they want you to accept all cookies, no thanks. I gave up on Krispy Kreme and do not want to be part of facebook, twitter, tik tok, etc ....

We have tried several times and the donuts are great. BUT the customer service is terrible .I was appalled at the lack of customer service and the rudeness , doubt I was suppose to hear the staff comments over the drive thru speaker .. customer service ruins a business and looks like the reviews are the same down the board . Disappointed with the service

Back before covid I'd rate 5, knocking down 1 star for not opening the Lobby. Its a donut coffee shop that's drive through only with a perfectly fine lobby? Frustrating. Not so bad anymore, just go to rosauers. Better quality, you get more donut for slightly less money.Knocking off 2 more stars because I've noticed over the years that the quality of these donuts have gone down. Donuts don't seem to be as fresh, and I've noticed they've been skimping on frosting. Bought a maple with only 75 percent of what they usually put on.I will add more stars once the lobby opens back up and they catch back up on making a quality donut like they used to.Until then I'm only going here a couple times a year.If I had some positive things to say, it's that the donuts are still really yummy, just not relative to how they used to be. And this one is going to sound negative but since it looks like it's closed 24/7 there's almost never a line so you shouldn't have to worry about a long wait or anything.I wouldn't want this place to close down or anything, just improve. This is our second go around with KK

These are the worst looking donuts I've received in my life. Grocery store, generic donuts are more appealing. They should be embarrassed about the quality of food they are passing out that window. Not worth the money. They didn't even taste like regular Krispy Kreme.

The local owner is selfish and doesn’t participate in national promotions, greedy idiot , no wonder your business is failing

By far the worst, yet most expensive donuts I've ever had. The apple fritter is a joke. Not a single bit of apple to be found and they were dry and patty like. Definitely not handmade. Frozen garbage. Donuts tasted like old, burned cooking oil. Avoid this place and just get donuts from the grocery, they are so much better than these so called "premium" donuts. The only thing premium is the price. I payed nearly $15.00 for six donuts and 2 small bottles of milk.

Everyone’s complaints are valid I’m just giving them five stars because my nanny kids love these donuts with their whole hearts and if it closed I don’t know what I will do because Krispy Kreme is their favorite bribe. Staff is doing the best they can with a skeleton crew. BUT every time I get my carb back from them it has donut glaze on it. That’s my complaint, please change your gloves between grabbing donuts and grabbing cards. There is no point in wearing gloves if you’re taking cards with them. I’m tired of glazed and powder covered credit cards thnx.

Nov. 30 @ 1pm, go through drive through, and tell the person on the speaker that it’ll be a couple mins while we decide. Person tells us to take our time, and let him know. Dude has no patience, Immediately asks us if we can at least tell him how many we’re getting. And starts giving us options. My wife asks him to give us a second. He’s incapable of NOT rushing us. We order, and he won’t even stop talking long enough for us to tell him what the assortment of donuts we want. So my wife just tells him to pick us an assortment.Donuts are good. That’s why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 star.

The employee that worked the morning of the 5th of November was extremely fast, kind and courteous
