I want to start off by saying I totally understand that there is a lack of staffing everywhere, but especially within the service industry. Which in turn makes for a lot of extra work, long hours, and additional stress. Working in the service industry myself, I always pride myself on being calm and understanding of that situation and to never take out my frustrations on the individual employees themselves. Few concerns that I have in my particular experience today is that the young lady who took my order was extremely rude and all I wanted to do was feed me and my kids. While taking the order she was very snippy, and once I got to the window was more concerned about the conversation she was having with her coworker than with working the already extremely long line at the drive-through. Once she had taken my card payment and basically threw the card and our drinks at us, she walked away from the window with a coworker and disappeared for about 25 minutes. I am understand that we had a specialized order and it was going to take a moment to get it finished however my bag with all of my food sat on the counter for 15 of those 25 minutes just getting cold. I witnessed while I was waiting for somebody to come back to the window to give me my food, at least three other vehicles leave the drive-through line. Once I did finally get my food and get back home to eat it, the breading on the chicken was all soggy, the fries for my kids meals were cold and stiff, and the biscuits were hard as rocks….. only thing that was still decent was the root beers we ordered but they were out of ice so they were warm. Should have gone to double front cafe instead, at least I would have supported a local business.
This location has gone downhill since the new owner took over. They're constantly out of common menu items. The menu still has popcorn nuggets on it, but they won't let you order them. I'm not sure how they can still make famous bowls with popcorn nuggets, but be unable to sell the popcorn nuggets individually or as a meal. I wish I was able to order extra popcorn nuggets because this time my famous bowl only had 3 nuggets. Also, KFC and A&W are known for their root beer, glebe this location no longer sells root beer. To top it off, the soda they do have is gross and unbalanced. Recently they forgot to give me over half of my order. It looks like the staff is being overworked and yelled at. The owner and management are responsible for this mess and should get it together before they lose their remaining customers.
KFC is a great place for take out and delivery. I've had KFC delivered to my mom at the nursing home. Nice staff, great food.
We waited in line for 40 minutes..Window open so could hear workers being very unhappy..Did not get our gravy our fries our cookies..chicken sandwichs had pickles even after requesting that they not..our potatoes were also coldOur bill was almost $50.00 .. and for what!!
We went to this Missoula location ordered 3 ice water. normally free they charged 8.37 cents for three waters and marked them as sodas the guy was extremely rude through the entire process and he was the manager and only about 20 the food is definitely not worth it
Good Job today on my order. 8pc family bucket. Cole Slaw, Taters and Gravy. 4 Bisquits. Was all there! Felt bad for the cute window girl as it was really hot outside. Need some AC in there for the employees ya got!!
Drive through summed up my order and told me $32. When I got to window another gal asked again what I ordered. Then said it was $41. I paid with cash. Got home and was missing family members entire meal. Bisquit stale strips old
We like to get kentucky fried chicken once in a while so went to drive thru Friday evening. We ordered 8 piece combo meal. We assumed that would be 2 of each piece. We got 4 thighs, 2 legs and 2 wings. No breast. My husband likes breast the best, so was disappointed. We tried calling to let them know but there was no answer. The time before we went through drive thru and ordered the same order there was no Biscuits. That time they did answer phone they said to let then know next time and they will make it right. Well we didn't remember since it had been awhile. I guess if we want Kentucky fried again we will have to check the order when we get it before leaving..
Just went to KFC, ordered a famous bowl and a few other things and when I opened my bowl there was no chicken and no cheese. Mashed potatoes and gravy with corn. That's a side dish, not a meal. Do better.
Someone thinks their food deserves top of the world prices.No wayWon't be going back there again. One of my favs just bit the dust. Hurry up Chik Fillet.
