Placed a to go order, called to ask if I can add another sandwich on *immediately* after it was placed. Bro on the phone said he couldn’t change the order but I could place another order online for pickup and they’d add it to my existing delivery so I did that.Didn’t deliver the add-on, called about it the woman on the phone was defensive, told me they can’t do that. Called her GM and it turns out they can, so they said they’d deliver the missing sandwich.Sitting here waiting for this delivery, dude bro delivery guy stealth drops it (no knock or doorbell, got it on camera) on the porch to bake in the sun until we figured out he delivered it.Not that I have terribly high expectations from Jimmy John’s, but 11/10 absolute garbage service, do not recommend.
First they screwed up our order and forgot a sandwich. Then when we called them back and they tried to tell us that we would be charged an extra delivery fee when it was their mistake to begin with. Then it took forever for them to deliver the food. Then we found out that the food was left on the porch. They didn’t even knock on the door or ring the doorbell. It just sat there in the blazing hot sun for over 30 minutes. Will never order from there again.
I liked my wrap and my husband liked his sandwich, but with chips and a medium drink $26.50 seemed a little expensive. It was quick and good though.
Food is great as always, but I ordered one sandwich and it took them an hour to even get it out on delivery.
Delivery drivers speed and are unsafe. Franchise owner and management refuse to speak with customers. Support a business that actually cares about the safety and well being of their customer base
Waited to order at the drive thru for over 10mins without any acknowledgment from the staff over the speaker. This was after waiting 20 min for the 2 cars in front of us to order. We waited a good 5 mins before even saying anything once at the ordering area. We called out ‘hello’ multiple times to see if anyone was there, but no one responded. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I get if the restaurant is understaffed, but cmon this was ridiculous. At least acknowledge your customers and let them know you’ll be with them in a moment. Ended up leaving without ordering due to lack of customer service.
Great Customer ServiceI told them to put enough hot peppers on my #9 that it would give me an ulcer. They put half a jar on it and it was the best sandwich I've ever had.
Placed an order at 4pm today using the app. Waited for 2hrs with no updated on delivery. Called the store 3 times over 30 minutes and eventually someone answered who said that they are not actually doing delivery at the moment and the order was instead scheduled for 11am tomorrow. I cancelled the order and will not be placing one in the future. I understand being short staffed but there really needs to be some notice to customers on the app that delivery isn't an option. Really not impressed*edit/update* reviewed the app and there is a small section in the checkout that has the date and time. It defaults to the next available and I've never had this be an issue before. I take partial blame in the poor experience but I feel it needs to be made clear if delivery isn't available same day. Amended to 2 stars.
I used to eat jj three to four times a week but since your employees have become so rude and do not care about customers you have now lost another customer and eventually you will go out of business because of your employees
I don't get Jimmy John's alot, however t h e girl working the drive through, was extremely unpleasant. I understand that people have bad days, but she was unpleasant from the time of ordering and receiving my food. My bread was stale too.
