Ordered online Super fast delivery love it but I ordered a giant JJBLT With easy tomatoes no mayonnaise and add Avocado spread What I got was a dry sandwich with a ton of tomatoes and no avocado spread I was charged extra and I was really upset because without being summer I love Jimmy Johns do better guys! Open until a whopping 8:00 PM! And when you happen to make it there when they're open, you'll feel like you're the one giving the customer service to some entitled millennial. Way to go single mothers!!!!
Took about an hour to get my food, forgot an item, and the delivery driver had the audacity to say “thanks for uh, ordering I guess” because I didn’t tip. I’m not going to tip when the service is so poor ??♀️
Ordered food they didn't get it correct as well as left the food sitting outside.
Took 28 minutes to deliver an item they forgot, the store is a literal 5 minute walk from my apartment. If I wasn't in quarantine I would have went there myself.
I hit super fast service. Also, very friendly. The sandwich was a little soggy buy it won't stop me from ordering from them again.
Took 2 hours to deliver a sandwich, and then the driver ends up delivering it to the WRONG house!
Stopped there to grab sandwich while in missoula. Went to use restroom and wash my hands before getting my food and was told bathrooms were closed due to covid. That's completely ridiculous. Left without buying food there.
This place has no service. Don't eat here they changed their minds of they are going to deliver to you after they have been delivering out Mullen since 2016
