This store use to be a top notch store. Got 3 sandwiches to go last night. Ordered xtta mayo xrta onion I got none! All 3 sandwiches not cut, 2 of the sandwiches ordered gigantic...not cut! I'm not understanding the lack of pride in people's work! I know the regional manager is trying to correct the problem. It just amazes me that workers don't care!
What a disgrace that this place can't even be open at 9:00 on a typical weeknight anymore. LET"S GO BRANDON!

I ordered two sandwiches and when I got them they were a sloppy, disgusting mess. One half of my sandwich didn't even have meat on it so it was thrown out. Some adjustments I had requested on my sandwich were ignored and I didn't get any of the extras I had requested. The second sandwich had so much sauce it was inedible and had to be thrown away. I'm pretty disappointed as I have ordered from here more than once and it's usually alright. But to receive a turkey sandwich with no turkey in it and the other is soggy and slathered in sauce, not okay. I spent money on these sandwiches for them to end up in the trash.
Stale French bread that was hard and stingy with the ingredients. Do yourself a favor and go to Subway. Even grocery store sandwiches are better than Jimmy John’s. I also observed them serving everyone except a young Asian woman and her son. I couldn’t believe how they refused to take her order. If I was their boss I would fire them. Someone should sue them.
They have good sandwiches. But no hot sauce! ?
Freaky Awesome! Love this place. Wish the weren't so stingy with napkins I ask for them with delivery usally get none to 1.
This is a good JJ’s location. The sandwich was well constructed and service was prompt and courteous. My table was clean and all staff were wearing masks.I would eat here again.
This JJ location is stellar! My coworkers and I order from here frequently, and we always get high quality food. Additionally, we also get treated to fun doodles on our sandwiches.
