The food was great. Customer service was friendly. Prices are a little higher than expected, but they are pretty much everywhere now. All in all it was a win for 4 adults and 3 kids as they got us seated fairly quickly and the food came out fast and well prepared ?
This place is a JOKE!!! Stopped in at 7:45pm on a Thursday, place was extremely dead. Some other people were complaining about there meals which I didn't pay much attention to. It wasn't until the dishwasher came out and asked us what we want to drink also informing my son and I that they didn't have a cook. He didn't have any idea if the cook would even be returning. Obviously management should probably step in and do something as this experience is what closes companies down. I wouldn't even leave them a star.
Waited over a half hour after placing order, over easy eggs were not cooked, when cut, runny egg liquid, 3 links, one over cooked, one not, and halfway done and find a hair in the hash browns. Food was cold and portions and pancake nothing like they've been before, disappointed !!
DO NOT BOTHER GOING THERE! NOT ENOUGH EMPLOYEES TO HANDLE EVEN A SMALL CROWD! Took at least 10 min for anyone to notice us waiting to be seated. No one even acknowledged us. The waitress was very friendly and you could tell she felt horrible when she came and told us after waiting an hour, that they are remaking one of the omelette. We decided to leave. Then we made sure to tell people sitting in the lobby not to waste their time. NO ONE WANTS TO WORK!! Such a shame!!
WE ARE NEVER GOING BACK!!!We waited forever to get waited on & served, by a cranky waiter. He actually sat down at the table across from us & took our order. No smile or kindness.When we got our food, it was cold & flavorless! It was us & 2 other tables. The one waiter & one waitress just stood around. We had to ask for refills & syrup for our pancakes.Bad management!

Our server was Katie. I believe she would excel in any Michelin 5 star restaurant. Such a natural! Such professionalism! Handled the crew in the back with respect and authority. This restaurant is lucky to have her as an employee. Any restaurant would be lucky.
Food was hot, service could have been better.
Waitress was great. I had a lot of people with me, and not a single order came out wrong. That's rare these days. Decent food, fair price. Good value.
