I went at 5:15pm on a Monday evening in Missoula - just staying overnight. First visit to a HuHot grill. It seems chaotic with the server's but I did get instructions to get in line and fill up a bowl. 6 people in front of me. There was practically nothing there, chicken was empty, 2 sea foods gone, the only meat was pork. No one was restocking - it was quite messy as well. The food was good although if you didn't read the menu ahead to add 5-6 scoopful of sauces you'll regret it - too dry. By the time I realized everyone else had filled 2 bowls full person there were about 35 people in line. Anyway, I probably just got there on a bad night - the place has a lot of potential! I would try it one more time.

The service was quick, prompt, and thorough. The place was clean and attractively lit. The ingredients were stored in a hygienic manner. Sauce labeling was a little confusing. Good value for the price. Coffee was a little burnt. Good experience overall.

Honestly magnifloriously (magnificent + gloriously) tasty delicious dishes that you can completely customize to your eyes and taste buds content. Spectacular selection to pick from, funny sauce names to add on, "eggcellent" toppings, hopping hot peppers to top off with. Where can you go wrong in a whereabouts this wonderful???!!! Welcome yourself to a taste full of flavor; however you may happen to have it. Superb service, supreme cuisine, amazingly awesome atmosphere, why go anywhere but here?

My grandson and I love eating there. It is a special treat to pick out what we want to eat. Plus, it is healthy and we enjoy watching our food being grilled.

Hadn't been there in years. Nice to have something a bit different than we have in Helena. Food was delicious and it's entertaining to watch them cook it on their huge "grill".

Pretty good. The staff is a bit lifeless. Not tpo crowded when we went. Lots of options, but a lot were empty. We went about 1:30. Probably after the lunch rush. You go in, get seated, order drinks, and appetizers if you want. Then go put your food together, and give it to someone to cook it. We got egg rolls. They were pretty gross. Lol.The noodles, chicken, and veggies are all good. Lots of sauce options. It's kind of fun to pick it all, then watch it be cooked. Yum.

Our waitress Collette was so great. She was the the model of what a waitress should be. She was bubbly, helpful, happy, she knew the menu. Also she had no problem with explaining how to get our food. I also liked the fact that she wasn't afraid to show her piercings and her tats. They looked so good. The food line needed to be cleaned up and restocked, also the floor around the food line where you wait for your food to be cooked needed to be cleaned so it wouldn't be so slippery.

Hopefully not going downhill. Ordered egg rolls which were burned on the outside and had a bad tasting mush on the inside. The meats weren't being replenished well, rice on the line was very dry and some of the noodles were so dry they were crispy.

So the food was great and there are A LOT of sauce flavor options. The topings were fresh and with good variety. My only reason for not giving 5/5 is that it's more like a Chinese food style with Mongolian influences. The quality was good and it's a quick stop if you like. If you have nut or egg allergies I would not eat here due to the food all being prepared on the one stove. Also, clean restaurant and great toilet paper.

Love Mongolian Stir Fry! Just got the buffet and some soda, didn't venture into any menu items. Good selection of items to put in the bowl and the line was moving along really well.
