Great burgers. Tried their veggie burger today. It was actually really good. Better than most places. The onion rings are always ???????
Been here a handful of times. This place is definitely needing help! As an old Freddy’s GM for some very successful Freedys locations this is not up to the Freedys standards. The outside of the building is not clean the stickers on the poles in the drive through need to go. Clean up your drive through window. Restrooms are gross. Brownie concrete was so gross I couldn’t finish it. The brownies are definitely due to be thrown out I could taste crunchy brownie all the way through. The custard was definitely not fresh. Again I have ran a pretty good store I would be willing to come down and help staff learn the right way. Store owner contact me
The best steak burger I've ever had. I have travelled the world and a lot of the US. How have I never heard of this franchise? The burger, fries and shake all tasted great, were not heavy and left me with a smile. Will definitely be looking out for Freddy's when I travel.
This is one of the treats of the shopping district of Missoula and the best burgers in existence. And yes, I'd order a 5$ shake there any time, it's pretty damn good. Montana and the crew at Freddie's are fast and friendly, making this the best place to eat this side of town, and arguably in Montana
Normally I love Freddy’s but today we had a pickup order for five of us and they managed to screw every item up. It was extremely speedy, the moment we ordered it said it’d be ready in just a few minutes. But we’d rather have our orders correct with slow service then nothing be correct with speedy service. We hoped ordering pickup would take their time cause I know it’s stressful to make a huge order.I don’t know just extremely disappointing, talked this place up to my friends and was let down. Probably not coming back.
Lunch is always great. Custard even better. Would not recommend using bathrooms as they have for months smelled like backed up sewer. This really should be looked into
Good menu, good food:) My only complaint is if you order through Doordash, or anything like that, you get old, gross, incomplete, or missing items. If I were the manager, I would fix that issue.. Those outside companies make them a lot of money.. unless they fix it, I will go through the drive-through, but after 3 disasters on their service for delivery, never again.. that rates a -10 if that was possible.. A huge thumbs down.
I was very happy to see a veggie patty available. Great food, service and value. Establishment looked very clean and organized when I was there as well. Food was delivered in a very timely fashion even though it was a large order for eight people.
I love coming to Freddy's, it's my treat once a week, the staff is always wonderful, however the other day I came in and I noticed who I assumed was a manager, She took my order and I couldn't help but notice that her shirt seemed to be too small, and as I was eating my meal she was walking around with her stomach hanging out of her shirt. I feel this is very unprofessional and it made me feel very uncomfortable while I'm trying to enjoy my meal, not to mention probably a health code violation. Does Freddy's not have larger sizes for their employees? I really love coming here this just gives this establishment a bad look.
We were told we HAD to visit this place. It did not dissapoint! We had the #1 and the #3 and only did single patty. Cheese fries where delish...shoestring! The cheese curds are YUM remind us of back east. They are fabulous dipped in the jalapeño frie sauce! After our meal we decided to try the custard. SO VERY YUM!!!!! Can't wait to go back!
