Florence Coffee is my favorite local coffee place in Missoula. They make the best iced americanos & the staff is always so friendly and efficient! :)

Great coffee! The barista was very friendly and helpful. The coffee was strong and flavorful. I ordered a latte and told her I liked it only slightly sweet. She had me try it before I left and offered to make another one if I didn’t like it. It was made perfectly. Highly recommend!

This location is fantastic, they are super quick at getting the orders out and usually only have a wait early AM or right around lunch.

Convenient locations and friendly staff but every time I go to the Brooks St location (which used to be often) the espresso is burned so the coffee tastes horrible. Even the hot chocolate we got today tasted off like dirty water at this location.
Ordered a lotus, it tasted like coffee. Returned for a remake. Barista was rude and made me another lotus that tasted like coffee. When I commented, she said that's all she would do for me. Unfortunately this is not the first time the barista there was rude. It will be the last though.
Maddie in Helena mt helped us, she’s an amazing barista! Drinks were great tasting, fast and she’s delightful.
