Was so looking forward to the real huckleberry smoothies that are advertised on big billboards in town I could not taste the huckleberry whatsoever. Same thing with my boyfriend's peanut butter frappe, no peanut butter taste
Family owned but charges $1.00 for a tablespoon of Chai!! HIGHWAY ROBBERY! Been going to the location in Lolo for a week, today ONLY they charged me for extra chai….for a friggn tablespoon! BACK TO STARBUCKS
Went to go get coffee waited for 5 minutes to see where the barista was at the lights were on the open sign was on it was 2:00 in the afternoon nobody was there and no one helped me there was someones car in the employee parking spot.when I went to pull away the barista helped the customer behind me. Giving 2 stars just kind of want to know what happened?
We stopped by the location next to Pattee Creek Market and had a very disappointing experience. Maddie was rude and dismissive of us the entire time. she forgot one drink we ordered and when reminded she acted like we were an inconvenience and a waste of time. The drink I received from her tasted like burnt coffee beans and did not have the almond milk as requested. I am a firm believer in supporting local businesses but this is one I won't be supporting again.
It seems the baristas are really declining in shot quality and drink prep.... I keep trying but rarely get the drink I asked for (usually has way to many shots or the shots are poured over the ice.....very disappointing. I get a very simple drink and it should be the same quality and makeup every time.

Palmer location in Missoula. Fast and friendly even though cars were stacked up. Beautiful iced Americano with cream! Yummy!

Very friendly & quick service! We loved the drinks we got and will be back for more while we are in the area :) They also gave our pups some treats while our drinks were being made!
