Terrible customer service charged for my order twice and didn’t get it had to call bank to get my money back and they didn’t help or offer free food at all.
Taking absolutely forever it’s been well over 50 mins since I ordered my food. Either pay your employees better or find people who wanna work. I’d recommend paying better dominos.
This particular location Has misplaced orders, missed delivered (wrong addresses), or messed up a delivery on multiple occasions. It’s totally understandable that things happen but then when I tried to call to get things figured out, no answer from the store (I called A Lot). I called customer support (because at this point I’m stubborn) and they just re directed me to the store which still didn’t pick up. I tried calling a couple days later and nothing. Just a very frustrating situation. I don’t want to order dominos until I know when I order, I’ll get my pizza OR a refund if it doesn’t show up. Thanks for listening!
The workers were very helpful and understanding about the question that I had with the online ordering prices. They helped me answer the question to my satafaction. The pizza and chicken was outstanding. I like this company.

Worst service ever. Not by the people that work at that location but by the telephone operating service (that is not even located at the dominoes that you are ordering from ).Took forever to place the order, Then they ask you a bunch of side questions that has nothing to do with the order that you are trying to place(up selling). When it comes time to place the actual order they have to transfer you to another call in order take half of your card information and then transfers you back to the original person you were talking to to finish up the card information. Very frustrating.I will never order from dominoes again
I have been here several times in the last few months and it has been a positive experience everytime. They are always busy and they always greet you when you walk in. They have their own delivery drivers. It "feels" like a real pizza shop. Above my standards for dominos. Thanks dudes.
Ordered food just now forgot my sandwich. And now I have to wait for 30 mins for another one! Not happy and better see a refund for my order!
Placed an order for 4 large pizzas at a very busy time, weekend 7pm + state basketball tournament, got it for carry out when I went in they were all working hard to get all the orders out as timely as possible. Keep up the hard work North Reserve team.
1 and a half hours for 2 pizzas??? It was a weeknight, no super bowl, nothing big going on, and it took that long??? I'm not coming back, that's pathetic, if they are only going to have 2 or 3 employees inside they might as well just close because in that hour and a half I saw 4 other cars get their order, and 3 deliveries were made, so that's 8 orders in an hour and a half, 6 an hour. That's one order every 10 minutes! Terrible!
