Sadly, I must leave a 1-star review. I ordered 35 pizzas for a VERY special event. I spoke with manager(s) twice in the weeks leading up to the event to make sure we were on the same page so that everything went smoothly. They promised it was not a problem and asked me to place the order online a week ahead of time.I placed the order and paid, with pick up planned for 6pm, one week later. I sent someone to pick up our order 15 minutes early, at 5:45pm on the day I paid for. The representative at the counter looked at my pickup person with a blank face and then ran to get a manager. They had not even begun to make our pizzas, or do I believe they would have begun to make them had we not sent someone in for the pickup. They were already 20+ minutes late into preparing my order and it wasn't even on their radar.So, they dropped the other pizzas they were making and did our 35. The pizzas were finally finished and on location almost 30 minutes after they were supposed to be. Pizza Hut and Papa Johns were both ON TIME and had given us exactly what we paid for. Initially I had been planning on Domino's making 80 pizzas for us. I'm so glad I spread the order out over the competition. Domino's would have left my party of 175 people without anything to eat and left me with the embarrassment.So, here I am, (after two in-store visits with managers and the online order placed 1 week in advance like they requested) and I am nothing but terribly disappointed in the service provided me. No manager has reached out to apologize or even try to make this right. They apparently don't need or want my business.
The general lack of delivery availability is baffling.Missoula is very limited as far as late-night food delivery options go... Meaning Domino's is about the only game in town post 9PM, which means they should have this on lock—dominating the late-night food delivery market. But it is not so. Instead, invariably, they deny my attempt at ordering delivery, kicking me to "carryout", which frankly, if there was somewhere nearby open at 10:30 PM that had decent food either for delivery or pickup, I would NOT be hitting up Domino's Pizza (ffs).Nobody GOES to Domino's. They get it delivered. Unless you live in Missoula I guess...
Extremely terrible example of a domino’s pizza. Had a very uncomfortable experience with their driver Parker. He made me feel very unsafe. I won’t be ordering from a domino’s again. Ever.
Waited 2 hours for a delivery which I ended picking up myself. I would've been fine if they warned me about an extensive wait periods.
Made an order for delivery at 8:30 and gave no estimated time for deliver. Over and hour later we checked the tracker and it still said in prep phase. Called and asked what the status of the order and they said it was going to be another 2 hours before it was ready. When I asked if I could pick it up instead they said no, it will take just as long and that we just need to wait. Was very rude on the phone. Would love if they could give an estimated delivery time at the placement of the order, and that they would be more polite with frustrated customers.
Don’t waste your time! The last 3 times we have ordered at Domino’s the order has taken over an hour to even reach the kitchen. Tonight I canceled our order because after ordering at 8:08 I called at 9:40 and it still had not been put in the oven after calling once prior after noticing the “tracker” hadn’t moved in an hour. In February we had the same thing happen then they weren’t accepting calls so we called the other location and let them know what happened and they honored our order, that night at midnight 3 hours after ordering we go a knock on the door and our pizza was left there…
Put an online order in at 9:23PM, and watched it sitting in the prep queue for over an hour. Then I called the store number and got the recording it was closed. I work late, and didn't want to spend time making a late dinner tonight, but glad you could waste an hour of my time. How about next time turn off your online orders if you're going to be closed.
I mean I rate 5stars cuz the employees sweat their butts off. However don't try to order pizza on a Friday if u expect it done within 20mins. It took over an hr to prep and cook my pizza....
Ordered before 6 to a hot spot because we live outside of town. Husband waited in the parking lot almost 30 minutes past the designated meet time before calling and telling me it had still not arrived. I called the store to find out what was going on and the manager, Alison said it was IN THE OVEN. She was unaffected and unhelpful, with the only remedy offered being to take off the tip and delivery fee if my husband picked it up from the store himself.After a long work day, my poor husband waited AN HOUR in a parking lot for our dinner. The order was correct but our sauces were leaking which created a mess. 2 hours after our initial order, I had to leave for work before he made it home. So now pregnant, hungry, out $74 dollars, and unable to say good bye to my husband before leaving, I prepare for an exhausting 12 hr healthcare shift.We have a local pizza place in town, but my kids prefer dominos and we have never minded making the drive and supporting a Missoula franchise.. however we will be rethinking this in the future.
Best pizza I've had in a long time! We picked it up as delivery time was a long wait, but that's to be expected when you're the only pizza place that delivers and is open. Staff was friendly and food was amazing!
