Burnt Burgers, soggy fries, half melted ice cream and price gouging. Nice enough people working here but dang, talk about a major drop in quality and major raise in prices....
Service today was less than par. Wanted to treat my son to lunch; our order was short, they forgot our straws for our shakes, and the lobby was closed so unless we wanted to wait in line for another 20 minutes while our shakes melted we couldn't get it fixed. Kind of a bummer, but life goes on.
Iv been going to this location for years. Great Ice cream. Nice friendly staff. In recent times it's a gamble if the dining room is open.
Great place to eat! Staff was super nice even though they seem to be understaffed! Food came out pretty fast and was really good would definitely recommend trying this place out!
The staff has always been friendly and has never had issues accommodating to my likings. I would love to see banana cream pie blizzards make a return but other than that 5/5 from me!

Decent food but terrible staffing. Too young of managers and the kids seem to not like their job or like doing it. Service has declined in the last few months and is turning for the worse. I don’t like the direction this establishment is heading hire better people.
Amazing people just so positive even though obviously understaffed. food was made well and came out fast not sure if the bad reviews are even supposed to be for this dq cause 10/10 for me
The manager or owner of the Dairy Queen on North Reserve needs to reevaluate the employees. First off, all 3 burgers were cold. The buns were not warmed up and the meat was slightly warm. 2nd, they forgot half our order. We had to tell them 3 times yo get all our food. 3rd, the cook slathered all three burger with so much ketchup and mustard it was disgusting. I understand about being short staffed, etc BUT the quality of food coming out of this store has been awful. The in room dining was closed before 9pm. This place has really gone down.
Have always had fast friendly service here. Wait times long in the summer. Nice they are open all year. Open later at night would be great.
