All Dairy Queen's are the same, I'm assuming you know this. My family and I love Dairy Queen, great prices, great soft serve. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is the lack of staffing. It's not their fault, the staff there did the best they could given the circumstances.After waiting in line for some time, 2 employees came out and told us that the people before us were the last to be server. That they didn't have enough staff to stay any longer. Again, not their fault but I believe the right thing to do would have been to serve the line to the end at that point, not turn away people that had been waiting...
I set the bar low when I go to a DQ, but the women taking our order was struggling. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard, but she gave me a chocolate chip blizzard no cookie dough. Not the end of the world but was mildly bummed. Everything else 5/5. (no reason for 70¢ ranch)
Website said they closed at ten and we sat in line for 25 minutes to get to speaker. Was 9:05 and got told they were closed. We could not get out of line as there were multiple vehicles behind us. Should consider bringing out a sign or send out a staff member to let people in line know. We had to wait additional 18 minutes to get through. Sat there just short of an hour due to poor mangement of customers.understand short staffing but should mantain all websites to match store hours.
The worst Dairy Queen for the Blizzards in the area. The service was slow, took a while to fill the order even though we were the only customers. They could tell us which Blizzard was which, hardly any accroutrements in the Blizzards, and the Blizzards were melting - the staff did not tip them upside down.
The employees keep getting the orders wrong. Every time my son and I go through the drive thru. Every time my son orders a blizzard they are supposed to turn it over as they are handing it to us they never do. Not once. Tonight we ordered 2 chicken strip boxes with gravy and they messed it up. They put ranch cups in the box instead of gravy. There was only 3 strips in the 6 piece box and 2 in the 4 piece box I just don't know whats going on with this store anymore.
Not what I've grown accustomed too. Tonight like other nights I asked for a reeses blizzard with chocolate ice cream and was told I couldn't get it. Odd as I've ordered that same thing multiple times. You mean to tell me you couldn't have used the chocolate blizzard ice cream from the dirt blizzard and just substituted reeses? ill have to keep that in mind cause I"m sure cold stone will make me what I want...
I had horrible service my blizzards were basically melted and barely mixed half of my cheese curds were just batter 0 out of 10 do not Recommend this was a very frustrating experience and this is the second time this has happened
The food is okay as far as fast food goes, but where dairy Queen excels in my opinion is the ice cream.
The chili dogs where quite okay. I personally like wienerschnitzel's better but these have a thicker chilli so many will like these better I think.The sad part is I can't get the chilli on a burger or fries. Sad bears be sad. Continuing onto their burger. The bun was good. Unlike most buns here in Missoula Montana it doesn't taste stale. Sadly this was the best part of the burger. It looks far better then it tastes as it tastes frozen even when warm.The fries are nothing to right home about but better then Windy's.
These are the bananas we got with our kids meal today 1/3/2022 at the dearborn location. I would rather my kids be told the bananas aren't ripe and have them pick something else than be served bananas they want to eat but can't. I even told the employee and I didn't even get a response.(I had to get my kids a separate order of fries so they had something besides their ice cream and entree selection) Are you also using these bananas in smoothies and such?
