Managers are rude and condescending to staff. Staff seems like they would rather be anywhere else. Feels like completely new staff every 6 months. Icecream is subpar and the service isn't good.
Its supper good.Love the flavors the girl that was there is super nice .I would recommend that you get the"Ilove it" (medium) size because its super big and to me its a large (personally) the "I like it size" (small) is good for kids the "have to have it"(large) size is more than I can eat but the ice cream is really good ?
Went there yesterday and the ice cream was a dream! So good! The one in my town closed years ago so I love getting it when I'm close to one. Staff was friendly and helpful and fun.
Drove 30 minutes to get some ice cream just for them to be closed. Said they’re open till 10pm it was 9:30pm when I got there. Ridiculous!
Excellent as usual. The girl was working alone but she handled the line and Door Dash orders both. She apologized several times for the wait but everyone was super nice and patient. Still the best ice cream!
Closed before what their hours say and every time i go in around 8:45 I do not get served because they are “closing.” I walked in at 8:45 and was told that there were multiple door dashes and they were closing so again, I wasn't served.

Rating this low because there is always only one worker on Fridays and weekends and they get totally bombarded by customers and mobile orders. It’s really unfortunate that the store still accepts mobile orders when it visibly creates an extremely stressful environment for the worker and extremely long wait times. Wish management cared more to create a better working environment. I heard that all the workers walked out in the weeks prior. Extremely unfortunate.
2 staff, 1 freaking with line of customers, 1 freaking with online orders... They sure were working hard! Sucked them being out of large shake cups ? Sucked that people standing in the store have to suffer while half the workers deal with online...
As always, a nice stop for a sweet treat.
