I would have given ZERO stars if it was an option. Do not recommend eating a breakfast sandwich here. I got 2 bites before the bun turned to stone. Had to throw away a 4$ TINY sandwich. Didn't buy a drink. Won't go back.
If you're looking for a good mocha, this is not the place to go! Tasted super watery and just overall not good! Ended up dumping and going to a different place. Waste of money
This city brew location is not clean(filthy floors). The lobby area is too crowded with tables and chairs. The staff I guess is alright, not friendly sometimes.
I love both locations in Missoula, but I visit this one more often as it's closer to my house. Everyone who works here has the best attitude. Truthfully and honestly! I always leave smiling and ready to face the day. The coffee is great and there are enough options without it being too many choices that you feel overwhelmed. All around, just a great place to stop for coffee in the morning or afternoon.
I don’t think I’ll be getting coffee from city brew again. I ordered a small with two shots and I guess that was my mistake because they thought I said tall. I’m pregnant so I’m really cautious of my caffeine intake. When I declined keeping the larger size coffee the barista snapped at me telling me well it’s going to a be a wait then if you want us to remake it, which of course no problem for me to wait, then handed my card back to me and rudely replied take this back I’ll have you pay when we are done. It just seemed so unnecessary to be so rude about it. She obviously doesn’t realize pregnant women have to monitor their caffeine intake, and lacks simple polite customer services skills. At Starbucks if I even don’t like the drink I did order they would make me something new with kindness and no questions asked. It’s said a large corporation has great customer services skills and the local business I was trying to support is desperately lacking.
They serve warm milk and call it a latte not impressed horrible definitely would not recommend this coffee shop??????

Walked in and immediately slipped in the hallway (no wet floor sign). Shift leader with curly hair and round glasses is ugly. Will not be back.

I have been coming here with my partner pretty consistently for about 5 1/2 years, and the baristas are always kind and helpful. The coffee is always good, and I'm really happy they finally got point of sale systems where we can easily tip on a debit/credit card instead of having to carry cash.
