This is what a $9 burrito of theirs looks like. What’s inside you might ask? Beans, rice, cheese, salsa (they were out of everything else I wanted). What an absolute rip off!!! This was my first and last time ever going here.
I went in there to get food, mind you, i have never been here before. I asked the girl for a vegetarian bowl and a keto bowl. She said “so you want two of each?” I said no, i would like one of each. She said “yes thats 4 bowls” i was confused because i didnt know two bowls of each was actually 4 bowls. So instead of her explaining that to me, she made snotty remarks and glares at me. Completely embarrassed me infront of the whole restaurant. So unprofessional. Do better
I can always find something to eat here. With sensitivity to anything soy related and Canola oil, Chipolte is a safe place for me to eat. Thank you for not using the inexpensive oils in your food. Now if only you'd stop using cheddar in the queso.
Good value. Fresh food. Always have enough food. Shared a burrito bowl with my son. We were able to split it and both be satisfied. Asked for a tortilla on the side, with double serving brown rice, double serving black beans. Then added all the fixings. They unfortunately didn’t have the fajita veggies. Those are the best!
Oh man . I ate the steak burrito I should had split that monster. But nooo I had to eat the entire thing. Gluttony is a sin and I paid for it. Instant gratification is not always cracked up to gratification. I had a instant food hangover when I continue d my road yrip
I thought I would give this location another chance and 2/2 my order was wrong or just plain made horribly. The first time my burrito was light red chili salsa and lemme tell you my burrito was absolutely DRENCHED. Now I get my same thing with the salsa on the side fine. But I didn’t ask for beans and both my burritos magically had beans in them. The rice was so hard I thought I chipped a tooth. I mean this is ridiculous! I know this is fast food but when I’m paying $13 for a stupid burrito I expect it to be made right.
Highly suggest picking somewhere else to eat. If you order online your order is guaranteed to be wrong. We have ordered multiple times, hoping they have improved their ability to read directions, and have been proven wrong each time. If you ask for sour cream, I hope you REALLY like sour cream because at least half a cup is slathered on your meal. The meat portions are always incorrect. If you’re really lucky, your meal will be swapped all together and you’ll receive the wrong thing entirely. Not worth it. If I could give 0 stars I would. We’ve given this multiple tries and it’s only gotten worse.
We tried to order online, but the website said that chicken was not available, so we went in. They had everything. Burritos were mammoth and so good. And the staff was pleasant, patient (we placed several orders with kids), and very helpful. We were there on a Monday evening.
They have repeatedly made my orders incorrectly. Once I had a vegetarian friend who ordered without meat, and I had a burrito with meat, but they had mislabeled them so my friend ended up having a bite of meat. They had forgotten the gauc in mine that time as well. Today I give them another chance and I unwrap my burrito and it is COVERED in gauc, the entire outside of the burrito was a mess, the inside was basically only gauc and sour cream. A different friend who ordered with me didn’t even get the meat he asked for in his. I am done ordering from chipotle, they clearly don’t know how to read a ticket. They’ve messed up more times than this but this rant would go on forever if I mentioned all of their mess ups.
Food is usually very good however, my wife and I have noticed nearly every time we have gone to eat here over the past year, something is missing on the menu. This last time, they were out of the cooked vegetables (that normally come with the "bowl". When we asked if they would compensate with the guacamole, they told us "no, that would cost more". When my wife tried to talk to the manager, he just turned his back to her and walked away. If I were at any other respectable restaurant and they were missing part of the food off the menu that comes with the meal, I would expect compensation...either reduce the price of the meal or compensate by adding offering something else in its place. That is the decent, honorable, and respectable thing to do. And you don't just turn your back to your customers and walk away.
