I stopped to eat at china gardens today and the food that used to be really good was awful. The chow mein was mostly celery and the chicken in it was dry and hard. Sweet and sour chicken had hard pieces of chicken and hardly any sauce. Can't even describe the rice with pork! Was a round circle mound of super dry hard rice with no flavor! TriCites Washington has the best Chinese food. Lots of flavor,tender meat, I will not go back to China Garden
First off, Amazing beautiful young woman working the front of house. She was polite, patient and understanding. It was my first time ordering and she helped me through everything. I ordered and it came in 10 minutes ready for me to take home. Everything was great, except the pork fried Rice. It was very dry and tasteless. Other than that, it was a great experience all around.
So they got the veggies and meat right but they gave uncooked chow mein noodles. They were round blocks of dried uncooked noodles instead. Its too far to drive to ask for a refund so cooked the noodles myself and wrote this review. Was not impressed that someone didn't realize they were putting hard crunchy uncooked noodles and not the hot soft chow mein noodles I was suppose to be getting
I've always enjoyed going here and eating so I'm trying to figure it sometimes not so good depending on how late in the day or late after lunch anyway the service is not bad for you to get your own stuff and I'll bring you drinks he is getting a little expensive for some people but I still enjoy the food and I still enjoy going there
The best sweet and sour sauce and hot tea in town and the service and food is delicious and satisfying ?????
Gave this place a 2nd try after ordering a meh meal togo during the 2020 era. Got another meh meal of flavorless fried rice, some kind of stir fried celery with fried chow mein bits, almond chicken that was simply tasteless, and sweet/sour pork that tasted... off. Service was nice, but I would rather have Panda Express. Not even me starving made it any better.
First impression was great! Rockstar crew. Got to see Viet first time in 3 years. I got the Almond Chicken. Sweet n Sour Chicken. General Tso Chicken. Chicken Chow Mein. Pork Fried Rice. BBQ Pork- Forgot to put the Hot Mustard and Seeds in the bag :(
very pleasant lunch. server was extraordinarily patient in answering questions about a very extensive menu. they were packed at lunch. shrimp egg foo young was terrific, as was the tofu vegetable soup- a huge bowl. good value. only reason 4 stars is we waited quite a bit for our order to be taken, and water refills were nonexistent.
Loved it got take out enough for three meals
Ginger beef is always hot, fresh, consistently amazing!!! I order every time... The pork fried rice is awesome as well
