Very rude staff. My boyfriend ordered on their app and the order was supposed to be ready for pick up between 8:10-8:20 and we didn’t get our food and walked out until 8:45. The food did not taste good there was a bone or something hard in my food. The queso wasn’t even filled up half way. The cashier was the worst. He was super rude and passive aggressive, didn’t seem like he wanted to be there and treated us poorly. I hope management gets better and hires better more respectful employees.

Wow! Got a rock in my salad and all the manger had to say was, “yeah it comes from the farm that way “ she offered to remake it but I had lost my appetite by that pint. No costumer service skills. Glad I didn’t break a tooth

Somebody needs to tell the employees that just because there is one person in front of you that doesn't mean that they only want one meal. I ordered nachos and wanted a enchilada but before I could say anything she already started helping the next person .....rude.

We had lunch here today unplanned and didn’t know what to expect. Staff was efficient and friendly, food was fresh and very good. Only suggestion is the larger tables were few and where we were the one behind us was too close so when people sat there it was uncomfortable. Will eat there again when we are in Missoula.

If you order online, DO NOT wait for the app to tell you your order is ready for pickup.I ordered online and showed up to the store 10 mins prior to the "pick up time". I sat down and waited for my phone to notify me that "your order is ready".When it finally did, I walked up to counter and the girl said "I don't see your order here,.... Oh wait, is that it over there?" As she pointed to the shelf on the wall which holds to-go orders, and sure enough my order had been ready 21 MINUTES BEFORE THE APP SAID IT WAS.It was ready before I even got there!!! So why did the app make me wait until my food was cold?

Had a catering order for 16. It all was good but there was near enough chips for 4 to 5 people. Not a good deal.

Normally a 5 star experience. Tonight the payment system went down, which I don't fault the employees for. However, the way they handled the situation was very poor. The lady making the orders continued making orders by yelling down the line of waiting customers until the entire counter was filled with orders. No lids were placed on the orders for at least 15 minutes until another lady noticed. After that it was another 15 minute wait for the system to come back up. When another customer asked if the food could be remade since it was cold, the first lady was very rude about it and didn't remake any of the orders. Normally I love eating here, but having to wait 30 mins for cold food, poor service, and still pay full price was a terrible experience.

I remember eating there years ago and it was delicious. Went there tonight an hour and a half before they closed and it was awful. The employees seemed irritated that we came in to order. One of the guys was rolling his eyes when I was asking questions. My enchiladas were tiny and they put very little of the ingredients on top. For 10 dollars per bowl.... definitely not worth it.

Nothing worse than finding hair in your guacamole. They did get me more, but was not treated well in the process. They messed up. I am not happy with being disrespected.

The fire roasted Chicken was gross and chewy, I didn't even eat it! The Pico tasted like it had been sitting for too long and I asked for guacamole and got about a teaspoon worth for my tostada. Also, not sure what happened to their delicious Tortillas but they had flat, store-bought looking Tortillas instead of the yummy fresh ones. Will not be eating here again.
