The lobby was closed when my grandmother wanted burger king. Long drive-thru line, but that's ok. Hopefully they were planning on fixing the landscaping nightmare! This place needs someone to buy it who cares about it!She was happy with her food. I dont order the impossible option because they keep giving beef patties. Yuck. I will say I love their unsweetened iced tea tho, it's delish.
2nd time I went BK this month. What I hate is both time I had order bacon and cheese on my chicken sandwiches and I got charged but it wasn’t in any of my sandwiches! I just had a long day at work-waited on the drive thru for a long time and boom. Can these teenager kids read? BURGER KING JUST SHUTDOWN IF YOU CANT PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE! You’re cheating people with their money because of bad food and service! I just worked my rear to get an unsatisfying meal from Burger King! I would have thrown that burger to the one who did not read the instructions and messed up my meal! I get it, it’s hard to find good worker but there has to be somebody who can make a simple order or adding cheese and bacon? Waste of time and money!
Never got my food, just got my money stolen. And the manager Zach seemed proud of it. Disgusting and horrible, let this business go under so that someone else can run a business properly with the real estate you are wasting.
This may be a weird feature to compliment but they have a great drive through. Its roomy, shaded and has trash cans at the end
I guess they are trying their best under circumstances of being short staffed. Price is a great the promotions are great so you can knock that and it's amazing how fast they get the stuff out compared to McDonald's in the fact that they are short staffed
The Whopper melt do not get it! it's not what I was expecting very small patties on none toasted bread. Should be called Whopper Jr melt. They do not use Whopper patties but Whopper Jr patties. Basically okay for a kid's meal
The drive through was packed so we decided to eat inside. The lady who took our order was awesome and funny. She recommended some food and it was amazing. Thanks

I just wanted to put a shout out for Jonci one of the managers at your Burger King location on N. Reserve street Missoula Montana location. It was so refreshing to receive excellent customer service to me and other's upon my visit after a long road trip from Seattle Washington. I have been in the ? bar and cannabis industry for many year's and Jonci hit a home run when; she said have it your way at Burger King. I think Jonci should be promoted to a national level spokesperson for Burger King or any company that knows how to make thing's happen for us we the people. Jonci is a great ? hire.
