It was ok. Seems like the food quality has gone south since COVID. The staff are most hard workers, though there seems to be a lot of time that could be managed better.
It had been litterally 7 years since I had been to a BWW. My wife was having an HOA officers meeting at the house so I bailed. The BWW is only about two miles from our house in Missoula, MT. so I thought it would be fun. It was about 1:30 on a nice Saturday, so I did not think it was going to be busy. Wrong! Pretty packed. Always a good sign! Was fortunate to find a spot at the bar and was by where the servers pick up their drinks. I can't remember the name of the bar maid but she was fantastic! She was so busy but took the time to chat and changed the TV for me to the PGA tour. Had a domestic beer. Was cold and glass was clean. Got hungry and ordered some traditional hot wings. Fresh and delicious! Re-ordered a beer and probably spent easily 1.5 hrs there. No doubt, the best BWW I have ever been in.Epilog: The next morning,I discovered the debit card I used at BWW was missing. I called them up and they had found it! Must go to to this BWW! Sorry I did not take any photos.
The food and the service are always good. But since the remodel it is way too loud. It has actually stopped us from eating there as much as we use to. But I'll still give you 5 stars.
The food was good and the beer was cold but the restaurant was dirty. We walked in mid afternoon on a Saturday and there weren’t too many customers which was nice so the wait wasn’t long at all. I watched the same 4 servers walk right past the trash on the floor during the entire visit and the place in general looked like it needs a good deep clean.
We had a large group of people around 4:30 pm. The restaurant was mostly empty. I liked the wings, but the brisket sandwich had more Cole slaw than brisket. Not much brisket, maybe 1 oz each on both the sandwiches our party ordered. Drink refill service was good. Parking space was more than adequate. Bathrooms were decent.
I didn't get a picture of my burger but it was ginormous. I ordered the cheese curd burger and WOW! The patties were juicy and there was so much flavor. The strawberry lemonade was sweet, but not overly sweet. Waitress was so awesome and happy. Will stop by and eat again!!
I normally like this place but I do mostly eat in, this time I had a pickup order, my friend ordered and I picked it up. I didn't know what she ordered exactly but when I got there to pick it up they were very prompt, they handed me 1 bag filled with what seemed like a lot of boxes. I quickly moved those boxes into an insulated cooler to keep warm because I had a ways to go and didn't want to have it go completely cold.I get to my destination and started unpacking the cooler when my friend was like you didn't put everything into the cooler did you? She had ordered 2 desserts containing ice cream and slices of cake, I'm like well yes I did but they also just handed me the 1 bag.So ice cream was liquid, cake frosting melted and they also forgot the Mac and cheese.I did write the company about it and they promptly gave me 1750 in credits to make it right which was appreciated.Next time I'm going to make sure I check the order before I leave, to make sure I have hot and cold items are in separate bags.
Much better service at the Missoula restaurant compared to kalispell. I was disappointed to see that the beef on the ultimate nacho no longer comes standard. You have to ask for it, which I did after I got my nacho served and was brought a bowl of chili to put on it. ?. It used to be my favorite dish there but I won't be ordering it again ? I'll just stick to the wings. Which I do really like. The Missoula restaurant can't control the menu so it's no reflection on them
Great selection of beers on tap. They regularly switch out different dry rib seasonings on their wings which keeps the menu "fresh." I'd suggest getting any wings you order 'wet'.. It just gives you extra sauce on your wings. The service is great and there's plenty of monitors to watch your favorite game on.
My review is only based on the fact the menu has no prices on any beer, cocktails or wine. WTAF? I don't get it.My biggest pet peeve are stores/restaurants that don't have prices on anything. Just think if you went into Best Buy, REI or a grocery store and nothing had prices. Usually the main reason they don't is cause they don't want you to see how expensive everything is...
