Relaxing atmosphere, yummy pastries and drinks.

Stopped here on a road trip across the northwest and this place was great. The ambience was very cafe messy cabin like. The drinks and food are tasty and worth the wait. There is plenty of seating and the staff is friendly. So, if you are passing through, make sure to stop by and you won’t be let down. I highly recommend the mocha pecan pie!

The service is always great and the employees are friendly. I stop here whenever I am in town. It’s a must do for me!!

Delicious baked goods and coffee in a rustic setting. Surrounded by brick walls, old wooden tables, and local books and artwork I enjoyed some of the best blueberry pie I've ever tried! There's a large selection of massive fruit pies, Danishes, muffins, bagels, and breakfast cakes along with a few breakfast sandwiches and cookies. The espresso menu is standard but I loved the variety of sizes, 10oz to 20oz, and the option of one or two shots in every size but 20. Baristas are excellent, welcoming and quick! This shop seems to have many regulars and even after one visit I can see why! If you're in Missoula don't pass this place up!

If you are gluten-free don't bother. Not. One. Thing. As far as food I mean. They've got racks and racks of all kinds of foods. Quiche, bagels, muffins and cookies and cakes and pies and panini. But if you're gluten free you're not eating here. I've been stopping by there with friends on and off for a long time and always waiting and hoping for them to throw me just one little thing. Just anything. To eat. But no. Why not?

Two 20 oz shots in the dark and a giant slice of mocha pecan pie baked in a pizza-sized spring pan. Breakfast quiche is always good.Break Espresso is a roomy coffee shop in downtown Missoula with a couple dozen tables large enough to accommodate groups of 4 to 8.

Missoula has several great local bakeries, but Break Espresso is my favorite. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that their coffee is not just as spectacular. Baristas are super friendly, but the coffee drinks themselves are not that great.

My family and I stopped by here after an event at the Adams Center for a quick pick me up and treat. Loved it inside, service was great and the best chaiI have ever had! They should train others on how to make this!

Amazing place. Somehow the place can have a bunch of patrons, but not feel and sound crowded. Great coffee

Break, Broke, Brake, etc… You get the picture because you aren’t dumb… One thing you realize rather quickly when you walk through the doors of Break (NOT Broke NOR Brake) is this place is HUGE compared to what one was expecting. That’s good, because apparently Break (NOT Broke NOR Brake) is popular. I can see why this place is popular with all the yummy pastries and desserts, I just wish my peanut butter cookie had lived up to my expectations. My mocha could have been a bit hotter as well as could have used maybe a touch more mocha powder or syrup or whichever Break (NOT Broke NOR Brake) utilizes…
