Very disappointed that you are a family ice cream place that have kids there all the time and you don’t have a bathroom. My toddler was very embarrassed to have an accident because you wouldn’t let her use the bathroom. Do better.
Do not buy cones from here they handle them with their bare hands. I will not be returning until they glove up. GROSS!!!!
Baskin-Robbins has always been our go-to for satisfying our sugar cravings; their menu selection and presentation are amazing. Today though, I received the ultimate in customer service, as the owner herself went out of her way to reunite a lost sundae with its very hungry owner. I am so touched, as well as so delighted with all of the treats that don't disappoint ^_^
Really good ice cream and great service
I was in the mood for a chocolate sundae. So we came here. I was hoping to get French vanilla ice cream, but they didn't have any. So I had to settle for regular vanilla, which was okay. I got a two-scoop chocolate sundae with whipped cream. And extra chocolate syrup, which I enjoyed immensely. My husband got his favorite Caramel Fudge. The service was very good and the server was friendly. We really enjoyed ourselves.
I was pleased to learn they had a couple of no sugar added options.

If the owner reads this, check your cameras at 2:40pm on tuesday october 5th. Youll see your two employees completely ignore a customer. They were too busy hanging out and having a conversation about social media. Didnt even acknowledge that a customer was there. Sale lost… I guess your employees dont care if your turning a profit or not. And with all these restaurants closing down, youd think youd wanna make some money and keep your job.. id replace those employees asap if i were you..
Super bummed you took the ND chocolate chip cookie dough off the menu. People who can’t eat dairy don’t want strawberry streusel.
We came in with a large group and were handled very well. It was great to see someplace actually open until their posted hours! Everybody was happy to get ice cream for my daughter's birthday =)
