Excellent vegetarian quiche for breakfast, it's even gluten free. Side of greens were fresh and crunchy with a very good dressing. One of the best I've ever had. Wonderful service and nice location.
The falafel salad is quite literally the best salad I’ve ever forked into my mouth. And the bread that came with it was perfection. I could eat this everyday for the rest of my life.

Truly the best salads around! Always fresh with fantastic flavor. The Brussel Sprout Ceasar is one of my favorites. And they have the most fantastic bone broth.
One of the beat salads if not the best salad I have ever had in a restaurant. The size of the salad is very generous. Thr ingredients are super fresh. The dressings are fantastic. And all thr other offerings look just as tasty! Couldn't recommend this place enough.
WOW! The brussels sprouts Caesar Salad was incredible and the portions are large and filling! The smoothies are delicious as well! The service was incredibly friendly and I look forward to eating here regularly!

Love Basal! Fresh healthy delicious salads and soup and nourishing bone broth with plenty of options for all, including vegan. Great place to stop in and enjoy solo or with friends in beautiful downtown Missoula.
