Absolutely should NOT take an hour to get my food. Half was cold half was semi warm. Disgusting display of customer service and everyone should avoid this location by all means!

Fries were cold and stale. Gyro sandwich cold and pita bread was old and hard as a rock.Terrible food.Three stars just for the nice cashier and server. They tried to make it right. Will not go back to this store because the food was terrible. Staff was very nice however.

We had a great lunch with family from Arby's while we were in Missoula. Excellent Ruebin sandwiches and fries. But then, I haven't found a bad Arby's yet

Getting frustrated with the hours saying one thing and the store anthor. My boyfriend went to the store on reserve may 1st 2022 it was 6pm and they were closed when Google says they should be open till 10. Are customers just supposed play a guessing game on when there open.

Terrible doordash experience, I ordered a beef and cheddar and they didn't even put cheddar on it, it's literally 2 ingredients not including buns, I called them and told them I'd probably order a new sandwich and literally right after they were magically "closed" on doordash. I know they control that from the restaurant. Ridiculous

Went there yesterday right at 7:00 but said we close at 7:00. Went today at 6:30 they said we close at 6:30. Wish they would just have set hours.

Everything. There is not a single thing about this place that is okay. My order has been messed up every time we have used the drive through. The bread used for my French Dip is so tough and chewy I can’t bite through it, and it also tastes terrible. I regret telling the workers at the window how awesome they are, because they are not even slightly awesome.

I never complain every time I go to the reserve location maybe 5 times the last year my meal is not what I asked for or they forget something. Tonight I tried to feed my kids and I and the whole Dang order was messed up fries and mozz were cold and they didn't add any of the sauces and I'm feeling upset and petty I measured the 3/4 tablespoon of au ju? they sent home for my sandwich. I just want these guys to pull their heads out of wherever they are and get one of my orders right just 1 time. Maybe if I wasn't laid up, hadn't just broken my leg, and wasn't trying to feed my kids I wouldn't be so upset but when I get my things home and have to spend an hr getting my order corrected that is just awful. Please do better arbys managers or food expedites because it isn't that hard that it should always be a wreck.
