I have been to both establishments in Kalispell & they both suck. The one on Idaho, I was 4th car in line & it took 40 min to get my order, unacceptable for working folks. Today we tried the one one hwy 2, went in and waited to order for 20 min while ALL employees looked at us. The woman at the counter needed help but never asked & the Mgr sat back in the office oblivious as to what was going on in the restaurant. They NEVER have a sense of urgency but some of us stop for a quick lunch we can't spend a half hour waiting for our food. Get it together & show some concern for your customers.
Their food has always been at the high end of the fast food world. Their French fry's have been improved. Now they are hot and crispy! I think you have to ask for tomatoes as I didn't get any on my last order?
Downloaded the app created an account and placed an order .. I was really upset and having a bad day .did not want to talk to anyone .. when I got through the line and up to the window they said the server was down and my order didn't come through.. even though I had already been charged for it . So I had to replace my order pay again and wait even longer to get my food. That was mildly fresh to say the least. I was refunded the cost of my first order without having to take any more extra steps ... not really convenient if the order never arrives
I love this Wendy's. They always give me exactly what I order. So grateful for that, since they're close to my work and I go there often!
Drive thru is fast, delicious milkshakes, best fast food burgers besides DQ (in flathead valley) really good fish burgers to lol. I like it yes .. Picasso ♀️
Not a better fast food chicken sandwich on the planet. And the fries are exceptional!
Nice people but check your food often wrong.
Nothing like waiting in line for 30 minutes... All for this location to seem to always forget the sauce for your nuggets, then they add tomato to your sandwich when you ask them not to, forget your straw. Even when they repeat everything back to you at the window.. Then you can’t even simply walk inside to at least get sauce for your nuggets, and your definitely not waiting in line for another 30 minutes. This pregnant mama is not happy. Double check things if you can’t let people go inside to grab the things you forgot.
I ordered 2 large fries and 1 value fries. They gave me 3 value fries and when I called to ask if I could come back after I picked up my son and exchange them for the correct ones the person on the phone called me a liar by saying she did not ring them up large. My receipt shows she did. Completely rude. Receipt: #3226
You'll have to try the Baconator if you don't describe a cheeseburger but they got great food there quick it's fast then you're done and driving off to eat yummy food and its hot always
