The drive-through staff this evening were phenomenal phenomenal at the end of a long day this day I was overwhelmed by how friendly fast and efficient they were in the drive thru Joe they took my order and the young man that handed me the food they were so nice and so friendly was friendly was really just a great end to a fabulous day
I went through drive thru and had ordered the baconator and 2 double bourbon cheeseburgers, after getting back to my job opened the burger and it was not the bourbon burger and it looked like the cheese was vomit and it smelt bad. So went back to the store to get it remade, and then it was made wrong again within 10mins. I had ordered doubles and now I had received singles. So I called the store and they said they could not do anything but if I came back for a 3rd time that a manager would make my sandwiches so they would be made right. Wouldn’t you think that the first time or even the second time it’d be made right. It was upsetting that they just said they couldn’t do anything. Poor customer service.
Wendy's is always consistent and timely with there food, what you expect of course. Drive through was good and employee at window was great
Love this place. I would always forget about this place and opt for in-town places, but this one is closer to me and everyone is so friendly. Great prices too and able to update when things will be back in stock during this time when sometimes things are hard to find.
Breakfast baconator was good but hardly any fries, the containers were less than half full. Disappointing being it was almost $16 dollars for two meals.
Wendy's is always a good pick for fast food. It is very slow here sometimes as they are experiencing labor shortages.
Consistently incorrect orders sent out of the drive thru. You need to go through everything before you leave because 9 times out of 10 they have the order wrong.

So happy I ordered some chili and nuggs. 2 of the 3 staff members immediately behind the counter were wandering aimlessly. It still took 10 minutes from the time I walked through the door. Plan your visit with low expectations and you may be surprised.The dining room was clean, staff disheveled and the food was ok.
Food was decent but got a bunch of fries that were rock solid
