I would give no stars if I could. There were 4 teenagers working alone, we waited an hour @8pm on a Thursday. When we finally reached where to order, they decided to not make a menu item that required 1 minute of time. When we received the menu items we WERE able to order, they were wrong. We asked for sauce with our order, and the kid at the window only gave us a heaping handful of mild sauce. Horrible experience.
Guy at the drive thru window is rude, short and obviously hates his job, been there twice and both times our order was wrong, gave us someone else's order the first time and tried to argue with us about it not being ours. We finally convinced him to take another look and was not only unapologetic but got the window slammed shut with a snide comment. He may not need to be fired but someone definitely needs to pull him aside and educate him about what customer service is really all about. If you hate your job give it to someone who will do it right. Sorry Mr Taco Bell drive thru guy, you have a lot to learn in this life, if you're this miserable now, I hate to see you when you're our age..
Sad used to be a great place my dad and I would go to. Now ordered 2 soft shell tacos with extra meet, was charged 10 dollars, that's 5 dollars a piece for gosh sakes. Opened one and was like wow, if this is extra meet I'd hate to see an original one. Decided to measure how much meet mixture there actually was in this extra meat taco so waited till I got home. With a measuring spoon so I could give a totally accurate review I scooped out the goop and in each extra meat taco there was a little over a tablespoon. Will go to taco John's from now on. I usually do not write negative reviews but am disappointed with how customer service and product has decreased over the last few years and it is fair to review the great places and the negative
Drove 15 minutes only to find out they decided to close 20 minutes early. They said they were out of product go to other store. Went to other store long line, asked if they put enough fire sauce for eight tacos. Got home 61 packets of fire sauce for eight tacos. Food not worth the price especially with the lack of customer service / attitude. Won't be back!
Taco Bell is usually one of my last resorts but this time it was actually very good! The staff was very nice and hard working! They got are order right first try, which is a huge plus. The only issue I had was the drive thru line! I waited for about 30 minutes! It was all worth it in the end!
Went thru the drive thru tonight, they messed uo the order so called to get it replaced. Came back waited in the lobby another 20 minutes for completely wrong food agian. Then they want to be rude about the situation. Thanks for wasting my time and money. Gas isn't cheap either. Maybe if you don't have half the items on the menu you should shut down.
Second visit in a row I have ordered the pink lemonade with my meal and it just was awful...the flavor must be out I just don't get how long it has gone on before anyone has noticed and I can't be the only ordering it...please change the stuff out so it doesn't taste bad!
Had some confusion with my online order and they were able to straighten everything out for me. Good service, they work hard for how busy they are
My crunch wrap supreme was thrown together. There was an extra extra extra amount of cheese and very little meat. And very little toppings. The tostada shell they put inside was soggy probably because of all the cheese.
Y'alls expectations of Taco Bell are silly. Lower your standards if you expect folks to cook for you without a making a living wage. Love the people here and love the guilty pleasure.
