I’ve just always had problems with either my order at this location or they’re closed or they’re out of ingredients. For example, it’s 9:30 am and they’re out of chai’s and so I order a different beverage and ask for a darker roast for added shots in the drink and they can’t do it. Whereas the other location does this for me. Even city brew can put dark roast shots in my lattes and chai’s. I’m always hesitant to go here and today is my last visit wasting my time. Bummer!

I ordered a hot chai tea and got an ice cold one they proceeded to talk about me near the window open where I could hear them when I told them my order was wrong vary disrespectful of course me being me I confronted them the boy however was very respectful. I will never go there EVER AGAIN!!! I never have ordered a chai tea being cold!!
I really can't stress enough the importance of paying attention to detail on orders!! I went through the drive through, orderd a HOT chai latte with COCONUT milk. The gal at the window handed me an iced drink, so I checked the label thinking it was just wjat I ordered but iced...anyway it wasn't, and it also contained almond milk which I'm severely allergic to. So I asked them to remake it. I then got the SAME wrong drink a second time. They then wouldn't even take the liquid death back, made me keep it in my car. I finally got the correct coffee which I was afraid to drink for fear it would also contain almond milk. They offered a free scone and literally laughed as they handed it to me saying "this is for your near death experience" ?? terrible customer service!

The place is closed at 7 am on Saturday? Come on, at least update your time, so I don’t waste mine!
If you close your drive thru put some cones up to prevent people from getting in line! Update hours online too please.
They offer any typical and unique drink you request. Staff has been very friendly and took the time to make sure they had my order right. Wait time wasn't too long and they also offer outside dining which is nice on a good day. Clean restrooms and the drinks and food came out as expected.
