This place is right up there for best coffee place in the Flathead Valley, in my opinion. For reference, I’m a daily (at home) black or splash-of-half-n-half coffee drinker who sometimes go to the pros when I feel like springing for hot or cold caramel macchiatos or a very occasional chai latte or mocha. I’m a little picky about the flavor of my coffee or espresso, and I can’t handle too much sugar. Sable balances flavors well, whereas some other popular coffee places in the valley can lack a proper fresh coffee flavor or use so much syrup they make me feel sick. If you like iced drinks, I recommend a salty caramel cold brew. Also, the baristas have frequently been super friendly and efficient.
Been coming here pretty much weekly since I moved to the area in Nov 2020. Their incredible bakery is from a local place called Ceres Bakery. Try the Huckleberry or Raspberry roll, you won’t regret it. Their blended coffees are my favorite because they aren’t made with powder like most coffee shops. I get the Decaf Espresso Frappe, is has the perfect amount of sweetness as is with no added syrups and it’s so smooth you wouldn’t guess it’s decaf! (Some places decaf are too bitter for me). I’ve heard from many people that they think it must be a chain since it’s so well branded but it’s all managed & owned locally!
After coming to Sable quite a few times now the positive is it is nice how much seating there is inside and their is a variety of arrangements to choose from. Neutral- The coffee is not bad, but it is nothing special. The not good. The staff seem to make mistakes frequently so check your order before you drive off. Sometimes they could be better at customer service.
There drinks have just the right amount of sweetness to them! Normally when I go to any other coffee shop I have to ask the barista to go light on the flavor but not at Sable they really truly do make perfectly blended crafted beverages.
Nice spot with good coffee. My drip with oat milk was spot on temperature and splash of creamer. Plenty of snacks and bakery options available if you need a bite with your drink. I'll be stopping by next time I'm in the area.
The crew knows me by name and is always a delight. They the staff had to go above and beyond because of machinery malfunction. They had a gentleman standing outside taking orders in the cold to ensure that coffee was delivered on time. And I am incredibly impressed, as well as cold, with the service even on their “worst day”. Thanks team

I chuckled to myself when I came in and saw how much this straight up looked like the inside of a Starbucks. That being said, everyone was super nice and the decoration looks very expensive but inviting. I got one of their "around the world" specials- I think it was the Madrid? As someone who is lactose intolerant, I appreciate when the occasional special drink already comes lactose free so I don't have to pay for alternative milks. Overall a very relaxing experience
One of the best coffee shops around. Inside is very welcoming and clean. The decor is great and the staff is always friendly. I’ve never had an order wrong before. They are always busy so have patience when going. Especially on weekends.
Amazing coffee! Will stop here every time I’m in the area! Clean modern and comfortable- but best of all the coffee is absolutely amazing
