Placed an order on Wed, for delivery, got notified after that it was to be delivered by door dash. Long story short, got notified that my pizza was delivered, but it wasn't to me. So I'm out $30 and someone got a free pizza. Called in to find out, and was told if I wanted they could send another one, but I didn't have another hour and a half to wait. And got no refund. Will never order again from pizza hut anywhere.
The Kalispell location uses DoorDash to deliver now, which they didn't tell me until 40 minutes after placing the order. I wasn't given an option to cancel, just a text saying it was DoorDash. I've never had a good experience with DoorDash (probably because they have no training, pay is below minimum wage, no reimbursement for vehicle expenses and they rely on people not knowing any of this until they figure out they're paying out more money than they make); this time they left my order sitting on the lawn in front of the porch instead of on the chair next to the front door. I don't know if this is a nationwide decision Pizza Hut made to stop paying their delivery drivers or just this one store but I'm super not into it. If drivers aren't willing to work for you at the wages you pay, you need to pay more (that "supply and demand" thing you use to justify every other business decision goes both ways). You're a publicly traded company and you report your quarterly earnings: you can afford to pay better, you just don't want to. The food was whatever. It's Pizza Hut: you know what you're getting.
Ordered taco pizza pan style. Dough was tough, no refried beans, splatters of hamburger and cheese on a dry unappetizing crust. Salad fixings in a plastic bin that you add yourself. Certainly not like it used to be. Very. Disappointing ?
ABSOLUTELY they should close this place down !!! The worst food ever!!! Forgot half of my order and when I tried to call the store back, I was transferred to some call center .... was hung up on 5 times after they said I would be transferred to manager ..... if you want to pay $50.00 for a couple of cold pizzas with out getting any of your sides and talk to people in another country ..... I would use them otherwise I would not !
I just spent 70 bucks and didn't even get what I ordered. When I asked the driver about it I was handed the receipt and told that the app was messing up. I got two of the same kind of pizza when I ordered 2 different kinds, I ordered wings and didn't get them, grandson wanted fries didn't get them, got the drinks right and also got the pasta. Was not happy. When I tried to call go thru all the prompts to have the phone go to a busy signal.
I ordered the chicken taco pizza with marinara . Well the first one I got Alfredo which I'm allergic to. The second time it had half the toppings in the container shown. I'm really disappointed. I had to pretty much cook my own pizza...
Hot pizza. Not so cold it was like it came out of the fridge. Less time than 79 minutes. Enough toppings to look like your add. Super disappointed
Pizzas prepared perfectly. The kind of pie that leaves you wishing you had not ate so much, knowing it was entirely too tasty not to eat as much as you could.
The operator said it was opening at 8pm and clearly its closing at 9pm.....
The was a problem with what I was charged vs. the price I was shown when I ordered on the app. The dispute was not resolved when I picked up my order, resulting in an overcharge of $9.
