I've had only good experiences here. Most recently I had a great sandwich and soup. The staff was pleasant and the service was prompt.I will return again.
Ordered on-line for pick up at 7:15 am, got the store at 7:20 and all door were locked, knocked to see if there was anyone there and no response and garbage bins in the drive-thru. I left and when I called for refund I started to get lip about how the cafe was open and then they finally agree to refund. I gave them 2 stars for at least having someone answer the phone, which is more than I can say for others in the area
They're likely experiencing serious issues with service staff and it's probably not a big issue unless you are expecting to pick up an order early in the morning after they are supposed to be open. I placed an order on-line for pick up yesterday with 7:15 am pick up time. The doors were locked tight at 7:20 so I called for a refund (was planning on bring food for my staff at the local hospital and didn't have time to come back later - when I called they insisted that they were open when I was there?). I decided to stop by today to place an order in the cafe and arrived at 7:10 am and again the doors locked (supposed to open at 7 am). There were 2 cars in the lot so I guess it wasn't just me. Don't know if I'll be back but certainly not in the early am as they haven't gotten this figured out yet ...
Yucky! I usually love me a Panera bread, especially after a long day on the road traveling, the iced lemonades mmmm. HOWEVER... the meditarían veggie sandwich is ruined. There is now super spicy YUCKY BLUCKY stuff in it, with no warning. I spent $$$$ to buy a horrid sandwich. The smoothie we got was alright, but the sandwich is the reason for the 3 stars, actually sandwich alone 1 star! But they were kind, and efficient in brining us food in the busy drive thru. Good service, bad spice.
Accidentally ordered a Mac and cheese instead of the Grilled Mac and Cheese sandwich and they quickly corrected my order. Great service! Very clean bathrooms, too.
Waitstaff are very nice & helpful food was good as expected from a Panera restaurant. So why was almost all the tables & chairs dirty? Any place table or window seating had food stuff scattered around. I finally cleaned the table & bench I wanted. We finished our meal & still not one table was cleaned. Outside dining was available & did look better.
My wife loves this place, and I have never been. So she made me go with her. It is pretty good for a sandwich shop. I still prefer some of the smaller sandwich shops I have been to, but this is a better choice for a fastish food type place than a burger joint
Literally THE. WORST. customer service. NEVER ONCE, since they have opened, have they gotten our order correct. If I could put zero stars I would. Mind you, I have been to several other Panera Breads and have LOVED them so this review is specific to this store only. Had bad experience where they got the order wrong for the 100th time. "Shift manager" swore at me when I asked her to check my receipt to make sure I hadn't already paid for the item they forgot and were wanting me to pay for again. My bad for declining copy of receipt at time of purchase. They gave me the $6+ bowl of chicken broth (I ordered chicken noodle soup for my child but there was NOTHING in it). Of course the "shift manager" denied swearing at me but I heard her clear as day. She probably should have made sure the window had closed before calling me a [email protected]#$. Reported it to corporate. They could care less. I will never give them my business again.
Always fresh. That's the first thing I think about Panera. Always fresh. And the brioche bread they use to make their breakfast sandwiches is amazing! That alone is with visiting Panera. But they do have great salads and other goodies that are more healthy option than typical fast food fare.
I have gone to this restaurant multiple times. Usually loved it. Last two times I was missing items out of my order. First time they forgot our cookies. This time I ordered extra Brownie’s they forgot to put them in again. I checked my order after I left the drive thru thank heavens. Had to go in and show them my receipt and get my brownies!
