Years...this place has been busy. Always turned out great service and selection.Unfortunately it has changed. I waited in line to pay for my services, what seemed like FOREVER. That's not a good impression. Then at the counter where the traditional selection of treats has always been has been drastically changed. Eliminating the most attractive part of this place. I'm VERY disappointed. Not sure if the current employees realize how important keeping the company and what brought them continued business thru tough times really is. You discontinued the attraction. Don't wonder why you fade away.
A very cute relic of a bygone era. Norms was a great place to stop on a day of shopping for a burger and a shake.The staff was very friendly and the food was simple and good.If you're looking for a quick bite, especially if you have kids, this is a great option!
Cute Lil place. Yummy burgers and the staff is fun and knowledgeable. Lots of unique candles and gifts to choose from. And not expensive. Will have to go again !

Good, friendly service. Great food, good portions served hot. We love sitting at the counter so we can watch the sodas and shakes being made. Great place to go in Kalispell.
Good ice cream decent sized food portions and a mostly friendly staff. Loses a star on the savory food it's a burger joint but the burgers and Chilli are kinda bland. The milkshakes and ice cream are delicious and the candy selection is kinda cool.
Food is good. They load you up on fries...even the half order. The STAFF....the CREW they have there.....WOW....these kids were on POINT! Kylie I think was her name, was amazing as well as the entire group there. Anyone of these kids can have their choice in any job offered in the valley right now! Great job guys!
I don't know who owns it but they have it going on. EVERY time we have been in there (6 visits in 8 months) the staff is ALWAYS friendly, asking if you need anything while browsing the candy. I love the atmosphere & it brings you back to a simpler time in life.
