Fast friendly got my order correct
These low level workers even informed me of the Etta charge to simply have some sauce with my fries and can never seem to comprehend on being able to put some in the bag.
The kid taking our order and payment was friendly and curtious. The visit went down hill from there. No salt on the fries and no packets of salt and condiments. And the guy handing out the food never spoke a work and was abrupt. Not a good experience
Good place for a fountain drink, other then that its pretty much your local MickeyDs, Decent Breakfast; rest of the food is pretty much very ok. The only notable thing is the workers are nice, and the drive thru can be 30 minutes sometimes.
That past few times I've gone the drive thru order taker has been wonderful. However, I received chicken nuggets instead of a chicken sandwich. Oops!
This is definitely not my favorite McDonalds in Kalispell. it rates number two ahead of the store on W US-2. Far far better are both the Kalispell store in E US-2 in Evergreen and the Whitefish store on US-93.Lines at this location are ridiculously long most of the day often stretching over 20 minutes when both lanes are in operation. Even so, the fries usually come out slightly undercooked and salt free (be sure to ask for at least one salt packet per order of fries). I've received severely undercooked quarter pounders here as well as moisture-free sandwiches. They almost never come out most and juicy but thoroughly cooked as the almost always do at the Whitefish store and usually do at the US-2 E location.
Made a order through the drive tru.Ordered two Double quart pounder meals.Got to first window and payed and got to second window Young lady ask if we ordered a Chicken Nuggets replied no.Double quarter pounder Meals Handed bag to us no reply looked inside was not our order called young lady said this not our order.finally got order and they had left off the apple pies.Told her she where is your receipt.told us there no apple pies on this receipt.At this ask for Manger young guys came over and what’s the problem!!!!! I explained the order was messed up more than once.he slammed the window and came back with two apple pies in a bag and dropped them in my lap and closed the window.I knocked on the window and said the young lady to get the manager back again sat there for a few minutes and he finally came back and said what now.I replied with thank you and he said in return your welcome and what ever.They need to have a no star review “”” Terrible Service””””

Got three happy meals and to adult meals... messed up both adult meals and one of the drinks and got charged an extra drink( which they refused to take off). Forgot the toy in one happy meal and messed up two of the burgers in the happy meals and all happy meals didn't get apples. They also forgot a medium fry and no straws.Total wrong in one order:9 screw ups and charged for an extra drink.Instead of playing around and joking in the drive thru and counter area maybe actually pay attention to the order. Went thru at lunch time 1140ish on black friday.Great job not doing your job.Manager do your job.
Great place for a quick meal weather it be breakfast lunch or dinner
