The workers were extremely rude. They messed up our order and forgot a bunch of stuff, there was also. Hair in my food. There was one girl who I assume was the manager that was nice and helpful tho.
Stopped in there about a month ago and they completely messed up my order. When I got home I called and spoke to a manager and was told they would send me out vouchers for two meals on them for the mistake. A week had passed and nothing came. They apologized and send they would send them right out.. another two weeks have passed and still nothing. My last phone call I was told they had no idea what I was talking about. Not like I need the fat food but my god keep your word to your customers
Never have been too impressed with their food. Their new buy one get one for a dollar menu doesn't seem to be of any real value. Friendly staff and a speedy drive thru is what earned them more than 1-star.
This McDonalds has gone down the drain. I’m writing this review after the 4th time they’ve completely forgot entire meals that were ordered. As someone in the food industry it really isn’t that hard to have an expediter or training people to count and verify receipts. McDonalds is known for strict consistent quality but this franchise is sub par and am considering talking further up the chain since they continue to do this. I’ve lost at least $40 in ordered food and I’m sure they’ve done this to everyone else. Such a letdown after a long day and coming home to no dinner but an empty wallet
I went through drive thru and because of covid regulations the lobby is closed. They not only messed up my burger but the bun it was put on was so hard that when I went to "bend" it the bun just broke in half. I had to call 8 times and ultimately just turned around and wait in the drive thru line again just to be given attitude by an employee about having it replaced.
Been though THIER drive thru three times in the last two weeks and have never gotten what i ordered. Yup 3for3 screwed up orders drive 7 miles home to get to eat food not ordered. The last time. Not going backPOOR POOR SERVICEADVICE: If hungry eat anywhere else
Young male employee brought my food out and give it to the wrong vehicle, this customer rummaged through it then took it back in. The young male then brought it to me, I asked if it could be remade and he closed drive thru window on me and walked away. I will not be back! date 01/12/22 5:30 p.m.
For FU€K sake!!! Figure out how to open your dining rooms again! Burger King has open dining rooms Wendy’s has open dining rooms even Chick-fil-A has open dining rooms. What the heck is the problem? I’m tired of taking semi-warm food from your drive-through driving home and having it be cold. And then, this happens.
I ordered two quarter pounder meals with strawberry milkshakes they made us Park brought us our food and then said we didn't order the milkshakes made us produce a receipt which I had to search in the car for because I just threw it on the ground needless to say that is wrong you need to find a better system makes people feel offended
This location will mess up your order EVERY TIME. One time, they gave me the wrong bag of food TWICE. We went there yesterday and my boyfriend ordered a drink. I refused to order anything because they mess up every order and I also said "they will probably mess up your drink". Low and behold...they messed up his drink. We called to day to have a civil conversation, and then the lady hung up on us. The manager was rude. I used to live 1 block away and would rather drive to opposite sides of town than to go to this Mcdonalds. This location should be SHUT DOWN
