The middle aged blonde waitress that was working last Sunday, around 12:30, was a great waitress! Best customer service we’ve received at McKenzie and we go in there every Sunday. She was very busy, and overworked, but still made a point to check on us and was very efficient! We appreciated you and I hope the company does as well. And with the dang tourist season on the way, I sure hope they are able to get you the help you deserve.

Mackenzie River has been a favourite for many years and I have never been disappointed until our last visit. First off we ordered Caesar’s and I’m not sure what was in them but my husband and I both thought they tasted of mushrooms. I love their Tuscan pasta and have had this dish many times over the years. The menu describes the dish as having roasted garlic, and it usually has many delicious cloves, however last night there was nary a clove to be found. The penne was floating in a lake of flavourless oil accompanied by pieces of pale tomato. The chicken breast was delicious however. Our terrific server Erin was apologetic And asked what she could do to make it better. There was no saving this terrible meal at this point. Sorry to say we won’t be back
The servers were so nice and the food was amazing. I ordered the BBQ pizza and it was delicious. If I ever come back to Montana that will be the first place I go. And the skillet cookie was to die for. There were four of us and we were able to finish it.
Had a great lunch that was a large portion, hot and delicious! Server Braden didn’t an excellent job. Made for a great lunch stop on a cold day!! Lots offered on the menu so lots of options for lots of dietary considerations. Thanks for a great meal!
I have ordered from this location a lot, I understand they recently had a very large turnover and a lot of staffing issues but prior to that, they were very good and always smiling happy people decently fast service and always great food. I placed a Togo order a few days ago. On the phone they told me the food would be ready in about 30 minutes. I neglected the snow falling and arrived 15 minutes late to pick up my order. When I arrived the person up front had said she would have the food out in just a moment. She then went to the back where I can still hear her, and asked for my food when the cooks asked her what she was talking about. Not sure if she did not put my order in or if they just didn't make it. Rather than coming up to tell me there was a mistake she hid in the back yelling at them to make it faster. They forgot the breadstick with the pasta, and the quality of food was way below the normal. One side of the chicken cesar wrap was good, the other side was all lettuce and no chicken or dressing. Overall I am disappointed in a place that used to be one of my top picks. Unprofessional and sloppy. I would have been happy to wait for my food had she come up and just told me what had happened rather than giving me the quickened version of the order that was low quality.
far too many restaurants cheat their patrons by inflating the amount authorized on a credit card. We gave a 20% tip which is very generous for this type of restaurant, however they chose to add another 50 cents to our total hoping we would not notice. We do notice and would not return for this reason. I have our copy of the credit card receipt and there is no ambiguity as to the total that was supposed to be charged.
This place used to be one of my favorites but no matter what every single time they get my order wrong. I have an allergy and it’s very important to me to get my order correct. It’s simple! I always ask for my sandwich to be without mayo and EVERY TIME whether online order or in person it comes with Mayo. You’ve lost a customer because you can’t follow a simple direction.

good experience but while it was slow (seven or eight cars in the parking lot ) so is our service we had to wait about 40 45 minutes for a pizza after we ordered but I decided to try something different and had the thi pad pizza with the peanut sauce peanuts, peppers ,cilantro , and mozzarella it was good I will definitely order that one again
