God forbid you go in 45 min before close... we loved getting our sandwiches from here 2 times a week. But tonight it was a completely different kind of rude. When they are about to run out of any type of food, they give you the absolute bare minimum even when you pay extra for it.. when you ask for it to be made right and say thank you a long with an apologyfor any inconvenience. It's slid to you with no response back . We have a few workers we absolutely love. So from now on will make sure they are working before we go in.
Their sandwiches are fresh and the bread has just the right texture, soft in the middle and crunchy on the outside
Great food, great price, freaky fast.
This review regards the new menu style, they dont even tell you whats on your sandwich anymore. I personally physically cant down any amount of mayo, lettuce, or tomato or i will instantly vomit. But of course i took a bite before checking my sandwich because these three items were never listed under the sandwich i bought. So now i had to spend 20+ minutes dissecting my sandwich from an inedible meal to a micro serving of meat wrapped in some bread. I shouldn't have to remake my $8 sandwich at home so i can eat it without puking!
Man they’re just so fast
The wraps were awesome but the drinks were off. Like too much water not enough syrup. Although the service was prompt and the server was was friendly.
Well made sandwich with attention to all the customizations I did online. Those who mention the bread as lackluster, can always try my preference of the sliced wheat. The location is clean and the staff efficient. As of 07/2021 this location has maintained a consistent A+ health code rating for the past several years.
I like the food but the West Idaho St location (#1913) isn't good. I've gotten sick from there a couple times (my guess is bad ice because no one ever cleans the ice machine) and they sometimes close on random days for no reason. On July 5 I ordered sandwiches, chips, cookies and a drink and they left out my chips and cookies. I submitted feedback asking them to fix it and got an email saying they'd ask the owner to remind staff not to short orders. Okay cool I guess? I asked for a partial refund or a promo code to replace the chips and cookies I was shorted and they told me that's up to the franchise owner but they'd reach out to him again for me (wow such service). It's been 2 weeks and I've still heard nothing. When I call, the owner's not there and no one there can do anything. I would just order from the other nearby location but they won't let me because it's 2 miles away instead of 1 mile away and JJs would rather lose my business than let me order from the further location.HELLO TO THE JJs CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERN ASSIGNED TO REPLY TO ALL THE GOOGLE REVIEWS: I already submitted feedback and nothing happened. That's why I'm leaving this 1 star review. :D
Pretty good for a fast food sub place
I have never understood the appeal of Jimmy John's and I don't think I ever will. There are an extremely limited choice of options, only one style of bread, and only one cheese (provolone). The bread has always been pretty dry (although to be fair I know many people who love the bread and it is a step above all but the Italian Herbs and Cheese loaves at Subway).I'm not a superfan of Subway, but when a sandwich is calling and no true deli is nearby, I'll pick Subway to be able to customize my sandwich, request extra portions of vegetables that aren't available at JJs.
