The manager got into a verbal altercation with some customers about cold food and terrible service. There were only four tables (us included) and it took over an hour to get our food, it wasn’t busy at all. The waitress took our order, didn’t write anything down, came back 4 times to ask what our order was and still got it wrong. Tables were dirty, a cook had a cigarette in his mouth in the kitchen, dirty silverware on the floor, bathrooms broken; I felt like I was on an episode of punked. Received our food and we were to scared to eat it, I should have just left like the last family did. I have no words for what we just experienced.
The food was good. And customer service was excellent when you were able to get a server to your table. We sat at the booth for very long periods of time and couldnt get anybody to our booth. The phone rang non stop and nobody would answer it. I think their servers need to be more on top of things and check on their customers more often and actually answer the phone instead of letting it ring forever.
Staff was very friendly and the food was excellent
I haven't been to an IHop in years. Everything was good but the bacon. I'm not sure but I took one bite and it tasted awful. Like plastic covered in grease. But love the pancakes.
I know that they are short handed but. My wife and I went in for dinner last night 1/25/22 and ordered are food. We always order ice tea and they are out of it for over a month. So we have to order chocolate milk. We get are food and the wife was eating and then finds a long piece of hair in her mashed potato. And after drinking 2/3 of her chocolate milk she noticed the glass was dirty the inside was full of orange juice pulp. How can someone not see that a glass was never washed. Now my wife is hoping see doesn't get sick. Don't think anyone should eat there Intel they do a in house cleaning. Very dangerous and I disappointed.
Not very sure if I should rate this lower but it was quite a experience there. The food was good even though it was being cooked by a chef who had some interesting things about him, to start off he dropped fried chicken behind the counter, then he sang lady Gaga as he was cooking, and finally he was throwing pancakes at the waitresses. Overall just a interesting experience.
IHOP is what it is. The gluten friendly pancakes were pretty good, though!
Fast food shouldn't come with no service. Our waiter was a no show for the longest time.wasnt sure if he was busy or if me being of ethnic skin was keeping him away
Love it eat here they have it all iys great gets busy around lunch but they do there best
The host was cheerful and super attentive. As was everyone else. Came in on black Friday with my niece. Everything was super good!
