Take away little diner only but the food and the staff there are amazing. Th burgers are fresh and fair size a burger and fries fed a 240lb guy and I was full. My wife loves their Grill cheese.
Absolutely horrible service. Went on Valentine's day and waited 20 mins at the order box. The one on the right side assisted 5 other people before we were finally helped. Waited another 20 mins to get to the window where the boy at the register ignored us for another 10 minutes, purposefully hiding in the blind spot so we couldn't get his attention. Decided to take our $40 elsewhere and drove off before getting any service. Not even a week later and half your staff walked out and you're closed for a week. Good riddance.
Food was tasty... staff was a little off not sure what was going on ... very little interaction between them ond us . 3 different people came over the speaker just to take a simple 3burger 2 fries and a shake order. Then when we got up to the window not a word was said .. no here's your food, enjoy your lunch, can I get you anything else... just flopped the bag out the window and quickly retreated closed it.. I thought it was really just an odd experience. Maybe the staff was stoned..lol I think k I will try the new frugal north of town next time. See if I have a better experiance...
This was a very good experience. The food was hot and very good. I would go there again. It was just as good this time as before. Excellent service, friendly atmosphere.
Today was only two stars. We eat there quite a bit and 7/10 it's delicious. Today I got a gray hair in my cold burger, and the fries were cold. My husband's chicken sandwich was nice and hot!
The location by the 2 is good, but this location was a bust (both times). This time, I got attitude while ordering, our sandwich that we ordered with extra light mayo was completely doused on both sides with Mayo, and when I went to the window to ask for a remake, the girl was fine, but I got a hardcore staredown from the guy cooking. The blt was perfect at both locations though and my son is obsessed, so I'm sure we'll be back to both locations. Will def do our best to only visit the new one though.
I love me some frugals, amazing burgers, always absolutely delicious, the taste is very nostalgic, reminds me of getting burgers after a baseball game when I was a kid, perfect combination and ratio of ingredients, fries are always fresh...never a disappointment, I try to stop every time I swing through Kalispell! Yummm...dang, now I want a burger lol
Friggin delicious, I just wish they had those punch cards for when you order so much burgers you get a free burger ?
We were over charged and when we tried to have it fixed the lady in the drive thru told use that she gave us 5 dollars back plus left the extra fries in the bag free of charge so that should be good enough. Well no I don't know about you but I don't want free fries and I definitely don't want to be over charged for my dinner. As much as I loved this place I think that they have seen the last of me. GOODBYE.
Good food for “fast” food. Make sure you have at least a half an hour to spare if you go during peak lunch or dinner times. Even with two drive through windows, it gets very busy and the line will inevitably be back to the road. Reasonably priced, and their milkshakes are a must.
