My boyfriend's sandwich was 20 times better looking than mine but unfortunately we both got really sick tummies about 20 minutes after.

I was not impressed with the sub. It was almost as if they used a chipped ham instead of ham slice. They put so much Italian dressing on it that the bottom of the sub bread got soggy, and that made it almost impossible to eat on the go. Worst experience I've ever had in Firehouse.
Great tasting meatball sandwiches! Other specialties are pretty good too. It's definitely an upgrade from chains like Subway or Quiznos. Not a bad sandwich at all
Very disappointed. Only nice experience was lady named Cyndee. She went above with helping.Ordered Smokehouse and Steamer, both not warm. Meet on Smokehouse was shredded, barley any sauce. Not a normal sandwich experience.

I have ordered from here 3 times, 3 times too many. My food is never correct; something often missing as well. Each time the food is doused in the smell of pickles, despite specifically asking for none. I understand being busy and understaffed so mistakes happen, but I can't eat the food 3 times! I recommend avoiding this restaurant if you have plans to actually eat the food you paid for.
This is my first time here and I will never return. We ordered our food over 30 minutes ago and are still waiting. There are about 20 other people here also just waiting for food. With 5 people behind the counter and no food coming out, I’m not sure what the hold up is but this is a joke.
Really good food! They only problem is that they r a little slow. But it is totally worth it! It is also super clean and they r all super nice.
OMG. The new BBQ Cuban sandwich is AMAZING!!!! I don't know how to convey it in words but if I could eat it every day I would not get tired of it every bite was just a little bit different or a little bit more or a little bit better you picking up what I am putting down? Well if you picked up this sandwich (or almost anything else here)you wouldn't put it down until you were done it's to messy.
